Having a solo at Spotlight is like having free ticker to a BTS constant with backstage passes. Or like back when you got called up to the stage for Justin Bieber to sing for you on your birthday, ok, it's that huge.
I have a golden opportunity of fulfilling my childhood dream and I have nothing to show for it!"

Rolling her amazing eyes towards my dramatic moment which was more like a short breakdown that I was able to control before Daytona said, "Not completely forgetting about it, dumb egg. Just don't think about it for a couple of minutes to let your brain restart itself before working again."

"I can't shut it down." I gave her a lazy look, I've tried putting my mind to rest about the solo only to have it wide awake and rethinking of all of my old solos that might be good enough for a competition like Spotlight. "My brain's too hock on being blocked that it's storming up methods to get itself 'unblocked'."

David shrugged his shoulders lazy almost like he was too busy getting tired of watching Frankie and Daytona's show that's almost done, "Why not do that dance on Symphony by Clean Bandit that you did on Wednesday?"

Shaking my head, knowing exactly what David was talking about and it would never work, "That was a very rough dance, it wasn't even a real choreography."

While we were working on his video to get Swag Crew's fans getting to like him and his dance moves, I was randomly dancing on whatever song that I played from my phone. The random dance was a very rough choreography like the one that burst into my brain when I saw Johnny and Rose together, holding Kayla in the middle of them.
Like Tightrope from Greatest Showman, Symphony kinda popped inside of my head and just imprinted its choreography onto my muscles besides the surface of my mind.

But when the words 'rough dance' was said, Charlie nearly trapped over Starfire out of excitement, having the same excitement and energy like Daytona, "Rough dance, ohh let's see it."

Slowly Kevin, Janelle and Penny were staring at me curiously and eagerly to see this 'rough dance' of mine as I shook my head.
Charlie shook her hand in front of her before smiling widely, "Come on, you have friends who are dancers for a reason, let us help you create a killer solo."

Nearly everyone turned to Charlie when she said that, causing her to shrugged her shoulders, saying causally, "I used to be clumsy when I was little, so Mom and Dad had me take some ballet lessons until I turned seven. I enjoy fashion and music more than I do dancing." Well, nice that we've learnt something from Charlotte today.

A part of me was running the dance on Clean Bandit through my head, going over the steps that were more freestyling and having fun than being properly planned. Hip Hop with a twist of modern, a dance like that wouldn't be scored with points between twenty five and thirty.
Not if the outfit gives the extra points that will take Sapphire through to the next round while staying in second place during this competition.

But the other part of me that was thinking with colour, music and a little bit of craziness was shifting the dance slight, taking out certain moves to replace them with others that's more for Spotlight.
The song is upbeat and slightly high tempo, so maybe wearing bold colours like red, yellow, blue, green could help Sapphire score in between forty and fifty points.

"Ry, pass the popcorn." David whispered to RyRy caused me to snap out of zoning into space, thinking over his suggestion.

He was reaching out to his best friend who was passing the big steel blue blow to him, "Wanna see how many I can get in Ariel's hair?"

Clearly not noticing that I heard what he'd just said as he tried reaching a few more inches forward until I took the bowl out of RyRy's hand.
Giving David a lazy smirk as I ate his 'white plan' in front of him, staring back at me with a shocked expression, "Have your Mom never taught you not to play with your food, Dave?"
