I've heard about Mrs Robertson's dance backstory who gave her all of the meaning and right of being the head of KAU's dance group. And have I never seen this lady with her high record of being the best of the best dancer raised her nose in the air, looked down on any of her dancers low and less than her time or knowledge on dance and stage presence.
Giving Mrs Robertson a small smile before saying with a hoarse voice out of awe, "Thank you, Mrs Robertson."
There was a moment when the judges needed to put their votes together after the last two soloist performed and decide which dance group of the twenty groups won't be joining for the next row in Spotlight.
During that time, we were free to eat and chill before the voting starts, that's if you're not too nervous and anxious to. I was getting another mini burger while a couple of girls from a small college in Los Angeles was staring at me sideway.
Feeling annoyed that I was being judged by three girls who has whatever problem against anyone enjoying food more than they do.
So when I grabbed a chocolate chip muffin, I turned towards them with a wicked, sweet smile, "Fifty bucks says that no single guy would look twice at a sexy body like this without getting as horny as you girls staring at me."
Rolling their eyes while snorting at what I put on the table. I wasn't really going to bet on anything, I just needed something, anything to get these unwanted nosy girls leave me and my love for food alone.
As if to add to the irony, a guy from the same college as theirs was walking to the table, one of the girls with auburn hair stood up straight and sent him flirting smile and eyes and got a stud nod from him instead.
Grabbing a bottle of water and a muffin before I took a strawberry favoured water, not taking notices of anyone than my small paper plate until hearing someone say, "Hey."
The guy who auburn head was sending flirting stares towards was staring at me in the same way that she had done, noticing that she was stunned just as much as her two friends were at this.
I gave him a kind smile before walking away, not needing to rub salt further into the poor girl's wound when Rachel started walking beside me, "Looks like someone is having every guy turn their heads around after watching her dance today."
Giving a very light chuckle before shaking my head, "Not me, Rach. Nearly half of the girls here have guys turning their heads for them, some are staring at you mostly."
And I wasn't kidding, since the first day of this competition, nearly half of the guys were watching Rachel walk past them, gawking at her like fools with their mouth slightly open.
It was amazing that the girl hasn't left with her contacts having at least two handful of boys numbers right now.
Throwing a hand as if dismissing that theory like it doesn't flatter her at all, "They're cute and all, but they're just high school boys trying to be men."
Covering my mouth for the burn that Rachel just had delivered towards all of the guys here, that's when Billy turned his head where we were while talking to a group of guys from our team.
Waving towards me while I was chuckling under my breath before I waved back at him, then he went back to the conversation in front of him, "He has a crush on you."
My head whiplash towards Rachel who was watching our team's caption with a small smile while I raised an eyebrow at her, "Who has a crush on whom?"
"Billy Francis has a crush on you, Jenna." Rachel said slowly in case I haven't got it the first time. Rolling my eyes at her while trying to keep my shock and surprise off from my face, feeling a bit speechless and confused at this news.
