Today is the day when the children's report cards will be released. And so far, Gavin is so satisfied. He entered Daenerys' classroom and found Teacher Mary waiting for him.

"Good morning, Mr. Pendleton. Please have a seat." Teacher Mary greeted him and gestured her hand at the chair in front of the teacher's table.

"Good morning, Teacher Mary." Gavin immediately took a seat.

"These past weeks, Daenerys has been more active," panimula ni Teacher Mary habang hinahanap ang report card ni Daenerys sa table niya. "Unlike before, she finally started making friends and participates more in class. Is there something that happened at home?" Teacher Mary continued rummaging through her table.

This is the fifth time someone asked him that question today. And all of those someone were the kids' homeroom teachers.

"Ah! I don't mean anything bad, Sir! It's just that I noticed a lot of good changes in your daughter that it leaves me wondering. You don't have to answer it if you don't want to," agad namang nataranta si Teacher Mary nang mapansing hindi agad makasagot si Gavin.

"No, it's okay." Ikinuwento naman agad ni Gavin na sa tingin niya ang dahilan ng mga pagbabagong iyon ng mga anak niya ay dahil kay Lana.

Matapos ang ilang minutong pag-uusap at pagku-kuwentuhan ni Gavin at Teacher Mary tungkol sa performance ni Daenerys sa school ay agad na nagpaalam na ang dalawa sa isa't isa.

Felix, Gavin's secretary, watched as his boss returned from his meetings with the kids' teachers to their car. Habang nag-aantay sila ng driver ay napansin din nilang kanina pa ito nakangiti kahit na sa malayo pa lang hanggang sa makaupo na ito sa likuran ng sasakyan.

"It was Mom, right?"

"Uh, what about your mom, Sir?" Hindi naman agad naintindihan ni Felix ang ibig sabihin ni Gavin.

"The one who hired Lana as my children's nanny, it was my Mom?" Paglilinaw ni Gavin.

"Yes, Sir. Si Madam po."

"I want to visit my Mom tomorrow so adjust my schedule, Felix." Agad namang nanlumo si Felix sa narinig. Mahihirapan na naman kasi siyang i-adjust ang schedule nito lalo na at may mga importanteng meeting pa si Gavin sa loob ng linggong ito.

"Also, clear my schedule for today. Let's go home."

Hindi na nakatiis si Felix at nilingon na si Gavin na nasa likuran niya. "Sir! You have five very important meetings within this week! Three of them which were already rescheduled for two or three times just because you want to stalk that nanny! We can't reschedule them again!" Agad na reklamo niya sa kaniyang boss.

Ilang linggo na kasing pabago-bago ang schedule ni Gavin dahil lagi nitong gustong sundan ang mga anak at ang nanny nila tuwing uwian. Nakagawian na kasi ng mga ito na pumunta sa isang Kids' Cafe o kaya sa isang mall para maglaro sa arcade at madalas silang sundan nina Gavin at Felix nang patago.

Gavin's excuse was always 'to check on my children' pero alam naman ni Felix na ang totoong dahilan ay gusto lamang ng boss niya na makita ang babaeng nagugustuhan nito pero hindi naman ito maamin sa sarili ng amo niya.

"What do you mean, stalking! I was just checking up on my kids!"Agad namang tanggi ni Gavin sa sinabi ng kanyang sekretarya.

"Tsk! What kind of checking up on your kids take up to two to three hours? You could have just called their bodyguards to check on them but you always insist on watching them personally from afar. Isn't that the same as stalking?" Gatong naman ni Felix.
