The Revelation

After the dramatic entry of Vaijayanti in Deenpur station, everything she experienced felt like a dream, from her Sakha Babu trying to protect her from the people giving her dirty glares to their buggy ride everything absolutely felt like a really good dream for her. Entering the Roy Choudary Haveli, which she proudly accepts as her home, she felt her eyes getting moist as a tear threatened to fall, she touched the first step of her house in respect, praying that her mission should go smoothly and should have the desired result. Keeping her first steps into the house she reminisced those times when she first stepped inside the house and how she would with all rights say that it was her house before anyone and everyone, it all made her very emotional, with the same thoughts she entered the mansion.Meeting her Kaka Sasurji, who loved her like his daughter, broke all boundaries and tears found their way through her eyes down her cheeks. Kaka was startled seeing her like that

Kaka: Arre baijayanti betiya, tum ro rahi ho?

Bondita: Nahi aisi koi baat nahi, aapko dekkhar mujhe koi apne ke yaad aagaya jinse mein bohut pyaar karthi par ab woh mere saath nehi rehe.

Kaka: Hume maaf kardo beta, mein bhagwaan se yehi praathna karungi ki unki aatma ko shanti mi-

Bondita: Ayayo Swami, woh zinda, sirf mujse dur hai

Kaka: Accha beta koi baat nahi. Bihaari Baijayanti ke saaman gaadhi se yeha lekar aao.

Bondita: woh Vai-

Meanwhile, Anirudh enters the scene.

Anirudh: Tum rehne do me samjha dunga unhe.

Bondita: Aap samjha dungi unhe?

Kaka: Aap samjha dungi???

Anirudh: Ha kaka mein samjha dungi aapko

Kaka: theek hein theek hein, ky samjhana hai?

Bondita: mere naam.

Kaka: Kya par meine tumhare naam to sahi liya hai, Baijayanti.

Anirudh: Nahi, Baijayanthi nahi, Vaijayanti.

Kaka: Baijayanti

Bondita: Vaijayanti

Anirudh: kaka V wala Vaijayanthi

Kaka: Arre hum bhi wahi bol rahe hain Baijayanti, Baijayanti, Baijayanti. Bus????

Bondita: Aap rehne dijiye, aap mujhe Baijayanti bulayenge to bhi chalega

Anirudh: Baijayanti chalega?

Bondita: Sirf kaka keliye, aap keliye thode na

kaka: Theeke theeke, Baijayanthi tum jaakar aaram karlo, Sampoorna Bahu jao ise mehmaan wala kaksh dikhao, aur Baijayanthi betiya Anirudh tumhe kal se padhayega.

Bondita: theek hain kaka

As they say time runs, but here for Bondita time was flying .She could not find any clue or even the slightest of hints of what was going on in her Sakha Babu's, disappointed that yet again today she unsucceful in what she desired to discover a tired Bondita unaware of the upcoming surprise planned by destiny drifted into sleep. It was midnight when Bondita suddenly woke up, she suddenly felt the need of water and looked into the jug, it was empty, so she headed outside her room towards the kitchen, suddenly when she heard sobbing noices from the study. She slowly peeped in the study, opening the door a slightly. The sight that unfolded infront of her completely snatched the ground under her feet. There at the foot of the sofa her Sakha helplessly leaned against it with a full bottle of alcohol before him and numerous bottles around him, some broken, some lying around, some moving, the whole study stunk of alcohol. Bondita was brave enough and took slow steps inside the study, her steps were slow but determined, they spoke of her determination to make her Sakha Babu's heart beat again. Anirudh stopped whatever he was doing and was only able to utter Bondita before breaking down. His cries broke her and she knelt down next to him and held his shoulder, he did not look back but just uttered Bondita and continued crying, he then without looking back straightened himself and moved himself away from her,

Anirudh: Chali jao yahan se, kyun pareshaan karthi ho tum mujhe, maine kahan na chali jao, kyun majboor karthi ho tum mujhe, waise jaise us din court mein kiya, main tumhe us barristery ki robe mein court mein ladta hua dekna chahtha par meine us din kya kiya tumse case ladne ka mokha hi cheen liya, mein tumhe court mein apne sir ooncha karke ek successful barrister ke jaise dekhna chahta tha par mere kiya hua karya to tumhe or mushkil de diya, aur us din jo maine kiya usse sochkar aajbi apne aapko maaf nhi kar pa raha hoom, inhi haathon jinse mein tumhe aashirvaad aur sabaashi dete aa raha hoon unhi haathon ne us din tumhe itna gaav diya, mujhe swyam par ghin aati, mujhe nahi pata ki mujhe kya ho raha hai, khushi, aatma glaani, shok, gussa, nafrat sab ek saath aa rahi, mujhe hosh mein nahi rehne, mujhe chhod do yadi mein hosh mein rahoon toh yeh sab mujhe saans lene nahi denge, Bondita mujhe bohut ghutan ho rahi hai, tumse pyaar kartha, par kehne ki ijjazat nahi hai, tumahare saath chahta hoon, par haath aage nahi bada paraha hoon, yeh kaise ajeeb stithi hai, pyaar toh hogaya par nibha nahi paraha hoon, iska koi hal he tumhare pass, nahi na toh jao yahan se, chali jao, chali jao....

And he faints, seeing such a state of Anirudh, she could not control herself and broke down next to him, she slowly helped him upto the sofa and held his hand tightly for sometime, then left the study with the newly obtained strength and determination to accomplish her mission soon and relieve her Sakha Babu of such a state. She went back to her room and slept anxiously waiting for the next day to come so she could help her Sakha Babu and bring the old, cheerful him back.
