JUNGKOOK STARED AT Phoebe with pleading eyes, earning an amused look from her as she let her hair down for bed.
"But, I do love you. I really do!"
"And I responded, 'that's fine and I love you too'. I'm just not having a spawn with you. We are not even spiritually intertwined."
"Oh, so we have to wed? Okay, I gotcha!" He winked and smiled at her, making Phoebe roll her eyes in response as he laid on his back with open arms, inviting her into his warm embrace.
"Wed? Gotcha? My, where have you been?" Phoebe questioned Jungkook as she rested her head against his chest, and listened to the rhythm of his heart, the rumble of his voice, and steady breaths that entered and exited his body.
"I made them up!" He beamed, wrapping his arms around her waist for warmth.
"Of course you did. Why am I surprised?"
"I don't know." He whispered and the two sat in a momentary silence before Jungkook jumped up from his spot, and rolled his eyes in the direction of the door where the shattering of glass could be heard.
"He's here."
"Whom?"
"Bonsai Namjoon."
