CHAPTER NINE

"Girl you look great. Who you trying to impress?"

"Its all for you baby" I smirked.

We both started laughing at my comment like a bunch hyenas.

"Let's go. I need some alcohol in my system" I said.

"Mhm, let's go"she responded.

We arrived and I was pumped and ready to start partying.

We walked in and it was the definition of beautiful.

It had neon lights flashing and some ladies serving drinks wearing practically nothing.

"Hey babe" Zach said.

"Hey Zach" Violet responded.

I'll be back I said to them both. I made my way to the bar and ordered a Bacardi Cocktail.

I took my cocktail and headed to the dancefloor. Bacardi had strong alcoholic content so I was tipsy by the time I was ready for my fourth.

I was dancing, more like making a  fool out of myself when a guy approached me.

"Hey sexy. Is it hot in here or is it just you?"

"Really. I am sure you could have come up with something better than that. Don't you think so?" I said before walking off.

"Men" I thought to myself.

"Wait"

"What?"

"Did you just fart?"

"What the fuck?"

"Cause your blowing me away."
I couldn't even help but laugh. I was literally about to fall on my ass, from how funny that pick up line was.
"My name is Max, yours?" he said.

"Hi, my name is Tara" I replied.

"Wanna dance?" He asked.

"You made my night, so why not?"

He grabbed my hand and we headed for the dancefloor.

We talked and talked and laughed and danced. He was great company.

"So Tara can I have your number?"

"Sure" i said. He handed me his phone and i typed it in.

"I've gotta go now. We'll talk" he said before walking off.
Its when he walked off I remembered about Violet.

I took out my phone.

"Violet, where are you?" I questioned.

"Uum, I'm busy" she panted into the phone.

"I didn't ask you that" I chuckled.

"I'm in his car"she moaned.

"In the car? Really. Anyway. I am gonna take a cab home"

"Mhm" she whispered into the phone.

I took a cab home.

I walked to my room and jumped into my bed, when i felt my phone vibrate.
