Chapter 28. Confessed

“Faye may customer, full groom daw” saad ni Peah pagpasok ko sa staff room.

Nag thumbs up ako at ngumiti “Oki!”

Lumabas ako at kinuha ang aso mula sa kanyang amo.

The dog is a eight month old male golden retriever. Kahit eight month old pa lang ay malaki na ito.

Dahil full groom ay inuna ko muna ang pagpapaligo nito. Inilagay ko ang aso sa parang bath-tub para hindi siya masyadong maglikot.

I pour water all over his body, then I
put shampoo on it and rub it. I also gave him some massage then put the last step which is pouring some conditioner.

Pagkatapos kong magpaligo ay isinunod ko ang pag groom. I trim his nails first. Mabuti na lang talaga at mabait ang asong ito. Meron kasing mga aso na sobrang likot and sometimes it's hard for me to trim their nails.

When I was done trimming his nails. I start to groom him, then after that I put some cologne para mas maging mabango pa siya.

"Thank you” The owner of the dog said.

"Salamat din po sa uulitin” I said, then I volunteered to open the door for them.

I waved at the dog when he looked at me once again.

"Bilib talaga ako sayo Faye. You really love dogs” Manghang saad ni Eva.

"I really do” I smiled. “Nakalimutan ko kailangan ko nga pala linisin ang litter box ng mga pusa. Una muna ako sayo Eva” I said and went to the cats area.

I grab the litter box and started to take out the sand from it.  Kailangan ko itong palitan ng bagong buhangin dahil marami na itong dumi nila.

When I'm done ay agad ko naman itong binalik.

A persian cat went beside me and licked my hands. I caressed it's head “Hi cutie” I said.

Mabilis nagdaan ang mga oras at natapos na ang aking trabaho. I already change my clothes and ready to get out.

Sumakay ako ng jeep at ng malapit na ako sa condo ay bumaba ako para maglakad na lang.

Walking for me is like exercising. I feel relief when I walk at marami din akong nakikita. Mga puno, mga taong naglalakad, at marami pa.

Kaya isa din sa mga gusto kong gawin ay ang maglakad-lakad.

I stopped walking when I saw some street food stall along my way.

“Kuya dalawang stick po ng fishball” sabi ko.

Dahil niluluto pa ito ay hinintay ko ito at nagtingin-tingin muna sa paligid.

“Maanghang po ba Ma'am?” tanong ni Kuyang nagbebenta ng fishball.

"Hindi po kuya, ayh eto po pala ang bayad ko” Sagot ko at binigay ang pera. Binigay naman din sa akin ni Kuya ang fishball.

Nagsimula na akong kumain habang naglalakad.

I arrived at the building and was about to enter the elevator when someone suddenly called my name.

"Faye! Wait” The person called my name and stop the elevator from closing.

I looked up to see the person who just called me.

My lips parted when I saw him.

"Clyde?” Taka kong sambit sa pangalan niya.

He entered then stood beside me and tried to catched his breath.
