Luciano and Annalise spent the next thirty plus minutes talking and quickly catching up on what they'd been up to since the last time they saw each other. "You made that splicer tech that really helped the Germans. It was genius work." Annalise praised Luciano on a project that assisted in the German mafia getting their enemies right where they wanted them.

"It was fun. My masterpieces are like my babies, so watching them flourish on top of doing what they're intended to do is a rush." Annalise nodded in understanding. "That's how I feel when I'm negotiating deals with other families or reworking the terms and agreements for Monroe Enterprises. It's a major rush."

Luciano watched her as she stared into the garden. "I feel like I missed out on knowing you." He confessed not sure what brought out the honest statement. She looked into his green eyes as if assessing him before smiling. "You did because you're too busy being friend's with crazy bitches." He chuckled at that.

"She's going to have a fit when she finds out we're getting married. Good luck explaining that to her without telling the truth." Annalise sighed looking back at the rose bushes. "You like the garden, don't you?" She nodded happily. "I'll make sure we have one like it at our house." Annalise whipped her head around. "Our house?"

He wanted to laugh at her shocked expression. "Did you think we would go back to staying at our own places once this all was announced?" Annalise looked at her hands as if realizing her reality. She pulled at her fingers nervously. "Hey," Luciano said pulling her hands into his. "It's going to be okay. We're going to be okay. Yes, we're doing this for our families, but I'll make sure you'll see more of that little boy as long as you keep shining and smiling like that little girl." Annalise held his gaze before smiling the brightest smile he'd ever seen. He wanted to pause the moment right then and there and memorialize it.

"Alright you two the photographers are here." Amelia announced walking out with two male photographers and an assistant holding bags with gear. "I just realized we match," Annalise chuckled as they were told to get close and pose. "We're already doing couple goals shit." Luciano grinned before placing his hands along her full hips from behind her.

Annalise felt sparks the moment he touched her and looked back and up into his eyes. She was slightly surprised that he was already looking at her. "Perfect!" The photographers called out, but Annalise and Luciano had drowned them out. She couldn't help but notice the intensity in his eyes and Luciano couldn't help but see the vulnerability in hers.

She turned in his arms and let her hands slide up his arms until the linked at the nape of his hair. She let her fingers stroke the base of his head and smiled at how soft his locks felt. "This is great!" A photographer called out. Luciano caressed her cheek and took in the details of her perfect face.

Her skin looked like the most expensive dark chocolate. Her eyes were beautiful and expressive. The richest brown he'd ever seen with eyelashes that went on for days. Her nose was upturned and rounded but complimented her features, while her lips were his favorite thing about her. He instinctually used his thumb to trace her bottom lip.

As they looked into one another's eyes, Luciano couldn't help but lose himself. "Per la famiglia." He whispered before he pulled her in flush against him and kissed her. Annalise didn't have time to be startled. Her body was reacting on its own accord. The kiss was gentle, but somehow filled with a passion she had yet to know. She heard a faint whistle and knew it was her brother Brandon, but she couldn't care.

She wanted to enjoy this moment even if it was just for show. The photographers were having a field day and as Luciano and Annalise pulled apart staring deeply in one another's eyes Adele looked at Amelia and they both knew that would be the picture they would use for the announcement.
