SCP (Part 8): ZK Class Scenario (Part 1)

Chapter 1

"Yes. I forgot to tell you that. But let's go on, quickly we have an hour!" I said.

"We'll make it in time- trust me." Adam said with a smile.

"What's with that smile? Oh no... dont tell me Adam is up to his plans again..." Mars said. Then the shuttle doors opened. We all entered, one by one. Then we all sat down.

"Whew! Been so long in this shuttle! Brings me memories..." Krutken said. I looked to my side. I saw that everyone was sat down.

"While we're here, what's the plan?" Match asked.

"Go in. Shut off the system of 079. That's the main plan. Afterwards we'll leave it to the MTF to recontain anomalies. 079 Is the main threat for us since it wont allow containment cell doors to open or close. And it'll periodically even kill some units." I told them all. Then the thrusters turned on. I squeezed the armrest as we began to go up. Slowly the shuttle went up higher and higher. Then we entered the outer space the thrusters suddenly turned off. I looked outside and saw the hundreds of stars all at once outside one window.

"Do you ever onder if there is any anomaly outside of our galaxy that could be stronger then anything we've fought?" Match said. Then the thrusters turned on again. I looked out the window again. I saw that the stars then began to stretch and the entire place changed colors from the amount of speed. Then we began to move faster than the speed of light itself. We boomed through the solar system in Nanoseconds. Then the shuttle began to rapidly decelerate, and before we knew it the shuttle came to a complete stop. I looked outside and saw the shuttle land itself. Miracle of technology.

"The amount of work sweat and tears as well as blood that went into creating this machinery is amazing. The fact that a hundred years ago this was never even thought of is amazing. Just goes to show how much technology changes and its changing rapidly." Adam said out loud as he exit the shuttle and he touches the shuttle.

"Look st this now." I said and I climbed up the stage. There stood thousands of men all equipped for battle and tanks as well as helicopters all ready. I look down at the army. Then I approach the mic.

"Lets get started then!" Mars says.

"Hold on... we've got to do this. For the well being of the foundation, we're all human here arent we?" I say then j open my mouth. Then I close my mouth not knowing what to say. But then I knew it. Exactly what to say. I heard as the wind for the ac in the dome covering us bloomed. It made my hair wave as I stared down. All the troops faced a single hallway corridor. The kill corridor they call it, because it is meant to kill since the enemy can only come in from one way.

"You ready?" Adam asked.

"Almost..." I took a deep breath. "Everyone. This is the administrator speaking. Listen up." I said and immediately all the MTF looked up at me. I heard them all begin to talk and whisper as they saw me. "Everyone. I understand the situation now. And telling off of it that the entire facility is breached and full of dangerous anomalies. Everyone's life is at stake here."

"Sir... does that mean that we'll die here?" A Mobile Task Force said.

"Yes. You will all die." Everyone looked up at me in shock. "Everyone herrehere is going to die. But its not the time. If you follow us n you will nkt die. Everyone in here is human, these anomalies are comparable to gods! But at the same time our technology is that of a god. The entire world is here for us. So do not worry for death but instead worry for humanity! Everyday of your life you can die. And you are all chosen because you gave your life for the greater good of humanity and thanks to you the Earth isn't destroyed completely. Now when this begins I want all of you to rage and let it all our at the horde! They may have power. But we have humanity. And that is the leading reason why we are even here! Without it we wouldn't have conflict that makes us stronger. We wouldn't adapt and we wouldn't be able to go past our limits when we have to. Which is why when we begin I want all of you to do your best! Now let's go do this!" I said and the whole crowd cheered.

"Now?" Adam asked.

"Now." I told him. Then the gates opened and it was silent. Then suddenly the horde of zombies all tan out. "Shoot! Everyone shoot!" I yelled out. The entire horde was then shot down with rockets and P90's. The rockets killed the horde of 008 rapidly.

"Its amazing! All of those 008 at dying at accelerating rates!" Mars said as he saw the horde get gunned down.

"Everyone! We have to go in now! Before the other scp's all get here.. then it'll be a real massacre. Now let's go!" I yell out. They all follow me and we head down the hallway as the guns still fire. We wait a bit until the zombie horde is gone. After 10 minutes of non stop shooting at the giant horde it stopped. We all walk in. The entire army and troops walk in and divide into many groups. And me along with the O5 go on our own. We enter the facility. It smells like a hospital, that nostalgic smell.

"This place... I cant believe I actually missed it. After all I've almost died numerous times here." Mars said as we walk down the corridors and hallways.

"I always liked the rush it gave me, and it was fun to research everything in here." Adam said.

"Doctor, where is 079 contained in again?" Yousef asked me. I opened the door and I looked back at him.

"Heavy Containment Zone, of course." I told him. Then the second the door opened a zombie was standing in our way.

"Oh damn!" Krutken said and he fell back and took out his trusty weapon. "Get back!" He told us. Then we all backed away and he shot the zombie figure. He shot the zombie multiple times, but it wouldn't stop going at him.

"Why isnt it stopping? You've shot it multiple times!" Daniela said. "Shoot its legs!"

"I've got this now!" Yousef then pulled out a SMG and shot the zombie multiple times on its legs. The zombie then fell down to the floor and then Yousef shot the zombies head. Then Mars hit the zombies head with a sledge hammer. Its head immediately was crushed upon impact. The zombie finnaly stopped moving. Krutken began to breath heavily as the zombie was touching his feet. Luckily it was dead.

"No scars... hes safe." Daniela said as she checked his arms and legs.

"That thing.. why was it so much more stronger than before." Veronica said in shock.

"I have a theory. It appears either the pathogen for 008 evolved- which is unlikely for a span of 10 years. Or... hes near us." Daniela then looked at the void that engulfing the hallway past the door. Then suddenly we heard steps. "We have to go- now!" She said. Then we all began to quickly run away. The steps got more quiet the more we ran away, but I knew that he knew where we are.

"Inside the room! Let's go!" Emily said as she swipes her keycard and we gi into a room. The room had several generators and machinery along with cameras. She then closed the door and  we all hide in the room. This rush. This feeling, it was that of the same from before. But more fear. If he comes in this room we would all surely die. I looked over and saw Adam. He had his eyes closed- he has something planned just in case. Emily stood near the door along with Mars. Both with sledge hammers. Krutken was under a table too. Veronica was under another table and she had her eyes closed and hands together. Daniela was also facing the door with a weapon. Yousef was looking through the cameras. We were all ready. My heart began to pound faster and faster. The footsteps were able to be heard and they got closer and closer slowly.

"Do you have anything?" I whisper to Adam.

"I know... I'm thinking I'm thinking..." He said back. He then put his hands on his head. He ran his fingers through his hair as he swiveled back and forth. And slowly the footsteps got closer and closer.

"We dont have time... when he enters we have to slam him with the hammers and then we blast him. Hopefully that'll at most stun him so one of us can at least make it out." Mars said. Then Adam lifted his head up, slowly. He then began to stare at the wall with his eyes wide open.

"The formula... it works..." He said then the footsteps got closer and closer.

"What is it?" I asked him as I put my hands on his shoulders and I shook him up.

"The plan. It'll work. I'll tell you it." He says. Then he explained the plan to us all as the footsteps got closer and closer. We all nodded as he finished up telling his plan. Then we got back in formation. We got ready, as the footsteps were right outside the door. Then they stopped. For a second I was relieved. Then the sound of the door keycard sound was heard.

"Hello there, Plauge Doctor." Adam said as he stood in front of 049.
