- Chapter 56 -

- At the ice cream shop -

Narrator's P.O.V
As the two were waiting in line, Jungkook told Yn jokes to make her laugh and luckily they worked and she was happy again,

"Oh! What ice cream flavour do you want?"

Jungkook asked as they were getting closer and closer to the cashier and Yn smiled as she said;

"Strawberry."

Jungkook smiled as he nodded and after ordering, waiting a while then picking up both of their ice creams, the couple sat at a table that was in the corner of the shop by the window.

As they talked, Jungkook sighed as he slowly started to loose focus in their conversation bebecause he was more focused on ways to get Yn to remember him and to remember more about their relationship. But how could he do that?

Jungkook does have a few ideas, he could read more of his diary to her or take to places that they've been too, or maybe he could--

"Jungkook?"

Yn's soft voice broke him away from his thoughts as he hummed in response and looked at her confused;

"W-What?"

He asked and Yn smiled but then sighed as she said;

"Um.. I-If you're... bored.. we can always leave-"

"I'm not bored!"

Jungkook said a bit too quickly and Yn just nodded as she hummed in response and that made Jungkook frown as he knew what that nod meant; it meant that Yn didn't believe him and was probably upset with him.

"I'm not, I promise! It's just.. I really want you to... remember us-"

"And I just want to spend time with you but you're not even paying attention to me-"

"I'm sorry! It's just.. I-I spaced out but I promise I won't do it again, okay?"

Jungkook said softly and he didn't want to argue with Yn but he just felt so frustrated that she doesn't remember anything about their relationship,

"How do I know that you won't space out again? What were you even thinking about?"

Yn asked getting slightly mad and this made Jungkook sighed as he didn't want to cause a scene but he had just had enough, scoffing, Jungkook said sternly;

"I was THINKING about how you DON'T remember me or the boys but you remember Soo-jin. You two seemed real close when you were at school, and you just seemed to talk to her easily but when it comes to ME or MY brothers, you suddenly have a problem speaking to us--"

"Well Geez! I'm sorry that I LOST MY MEMORIES! You're acting  like I wanted to get into an accident that landed me in the hospital--"

"I'm just saying that if you TRIED to remember us then I'd--"

"Then YOU'D be happier?!"
