"Hey Kuriyama-kun are you going anywhere after school? We have no practice today right?" I swallow my onigiri before I answer the green bean question.
"I actually have badminton practice today" Yeah, in a week I only have a day of rest which is friday.
" You join the badminton club too, pinky?" I nod and eat the last bite of my onigiri "yeah, I'm also a member in kitagawa"
"Have you ever joined a competition then?" green bean ask.
"I do actually, since most of the trophies in my house are from badminton competition"
"If you're really good at badminton why not just focus on that? And why did you still join volleyball with all of that bad past?" I stare at french fries before I sigh helplessly.
"It's because of my mother...she...I don't know how should I put this but she seem to obsessed by my deceased dad and because she doesn't want me to forget about him she insisted that I must join the volleyball club because my dad was once a pro volleyball player"
"And you accept it?"
"I guess...I mean there is nothing really wrong with it anyway. Besides, when I finally manage to get a job I can finally leave my mother and I can do whatever I want" I nod in satisfaction with the idea of it.
"Then...are you going to be a pro badminton player in the future Kuriyama-kun?" I stare at green bean and smile "of course not, I have no intention of pursuing a sports career" pursuing a sports career? Bleh it's troublesome and tiring so, no, thank you next!

I was eating chocolate as I walked through the third year hall since smiley senpai called me here. Why do you ask? For some reason smiley senpai thought that it was a good idea to give me my jersey here, and I was the only boy applicant while the other first years were girls.
As I was nearing his class I saw three familiar faces and a new face in the school corridor. I was hoping no one would see, because I'm still feeling awkward about yesterday's incident, but apparently kind senpai did "Yuno-kun? What are you doing here?"
"Uhh...Hi senpai, I was actually looking for Watanabe-senpai" tangerine, blueberry and jesus look alike was looking at me "is he here senpai?"
"Of course, let me call him first okay?" I nod gratefully at kind senpai before he entered back to the classroom.
"So...what are you guys doing here?" I said.
"Oh we're looking for Asashi senpai, Kurama-kun" really blueberry? Why did you only forget my name while you remember the others? I rolled my eyes internally.
"And this is the Azumane Asahi senpai we're talking about" thanks for the introduction, tangerine. Well what do you know, so this is the ace that was called as a wimp by thunder senpai huh. Well I'll call you wimpy senpai from now on.
"Yu-chan! You're here to grab your jersey right?" I was about to nod but tangerine, blueberry and kind senpai suddenly startled me as they yelled at me.
