It had been a few days since Dream had been turned back into a monster and Ink had been thinking of how to get him to join the star sanses. 'Maybe I could set up a picnic or something?' But in reality Ink had been figuring out how to set up a date. Of course Ink wasn't really in love with Dream since, well you know. Ink was still thinking of "ways to get Dream to join" when Blue came into the room. "Hey Ink!" he yelled. "Hi Blue, what's going on?" Ink asked the energized fruit. "I asked Dream to ask the star sanses and guess what!" Blue said getting in Inks face so that he had to lean back as for them to not collide. "what?" Ink asked "He said yes!" Blue said backing up and jumping in happiness. "Really!" Ink said with a smile "That's great news Blue," Ink was now jumping with Blue when he heard his stomach growl. Ink didn't have to eat but if he didn't his magic power would go down unlike Error who just didn't have to eat in general. "I'm gonna go cook lunch," Blue said going down to the kitchen to cook his oh so famous tacos. Ink followed Blue downstairs and saw the skeleton already getting his taco shells from out of the cabinet. Dream was sitting on the couch inspecting Inks phone confused by the machine. "whatcha doing Dream?" Ink asked sitting on the couch next to Dream. "What is this... thing?" Dream said inquisitively. "It's called a phone and you use it to talk to people," Ink explained "Why use this when you can just talk regularly?" Dream said confused by Inks explanation. "I'll show you," Ink said proudly as he created a new phone. "Go stand outside," Ink instructed. Dream nodded and went outside, he heard a ringing coming from the phone. He looked down at it and saw a red and green button, He hit the green button and heard "Hey Dream!" Dream jumped and looked a round trying to find the voice. "Down here buddy," it said. Dream brought the phone up and said "H-Hello, who are you?". "It's Ink silly look in the window," it said Dream looked back and saw Ink in the window waving to him. "How are you talking to me?" he asked. "I told you, the phone," Ink said. "But how?" he said "Come inside and I'll tell you," Dream walked inside and found that Blue had finished those tacos and was now serving them on the table. Dream sat down and looked at the things that Ink and Blue said were tacos. They seemed to be a shell with different things inside of them. There were tomatoes, lettuce, and beef inside of it. Dream picked it up cautiously and after debating whether he should or not took a bite out of the taco. He instantly began chowing down on the rest like a wild animal. Iij nk and Blue watched as Dream scarfed down the taco and licking his lips asked "do you have any more?" Blue looked at Dream and stuttered out a shaky "y-yea," and walked away towards the kitchen leaving Ink to fend for himself. "So how does that phone thingy work?" Dream asked. "Uh well it connects to every other phone in the multiverse digitally allowing us to talk through it," Ink explained. Dream nodded and went back to playing with his fork. Blue was just now coming back from the kitchen with more tacos. He set them down on Dreams plate and like before Dream devoured them. After Dream had finished killing the entire taco race they went around in different aus to checkup on them. The monsters who saw them instantly swarmed Dream asking him questions like "Who are you?" and "Which au are you from?" Dream being overwhelmed just tried to back up and away from them before and portaled to the next au. Dream sat in Dreamtale on top of the hill he and Nightmare would before the incident. "Dream!" Ink called out to him from behind, Dream sighed and turned around to face the artist
"Sorry about those monsters they usually don't swarm us like that," he apologized. "it's alright, they were just curious I'm sure," Dream said trying to calm Ink down. Ink just sat there with his head on his knees as Dream pat him on the back. "Since we're here might as well checkup on Dreamtale here," Ink said standing up and checking the code. He looked around in the data files making sure everything was in place before coming to a file that seemed corrupted but not. A corrupted file wouldn't be accessible at all but this one seemed to just be empty. Ink tried recovering the file but was met with an error message saying "the data in this file has been moved to another area" Dream looked over Ink's shoulder puzzled by the file just as much as Ink. "That's weird, but apart from that I can't find as anything else wrong so I guess we'll just have to keep an eye on it," Ink said closing the window. "Wait a second... we forgot Blue,"

Nightmare had woken up the gang and was now wondering where Error was during breakfast. 'Where is he?' he thought 'he needs to eat to right?' Nightmare thought to himself as he watched the gang eat, he wasn't hungry since he had already eaten that steak earlier. Nightmare picked up his glass and a fork and stood up. The gang stopped eating and looked up to him with their full attention, despite this Nightmare still tapped the glass with the fork. "Everyone" he said with a voice that meant that this was important. "We have a new member today!" he announced, as he said that the whole table erupted with excitement since the last new member they got was Cross and that was a while ago now. Dust and Killer already hiding their knives in case they liked knives like they did. Horror was going to the kitchen to hide his snacks and Cross ran away to check his chocolate stash to check if anything was missing. Nightmare sighed as he watched his gang scramble around. "EVERYBODY SETTLE DOWN!" he yelled. The gang ran back to their seats in fear of what their moth- I mean boss would do if they didn't. "I'm going to call our new member down and you all are going to be on your BEST BEHAVIOR!" he yelled. All of them nodded. "Who knows maybe if you're really good I'll give you a reward," he sneered. They sat up straighter in their chairs with their eyes straight ahead like soldiers. Nightmare cleared his throat before yelling "ERROR!" he called upstairs. The gang looked towards the stairs as they heard the cracking of bones and the thump of footsteps. The feet of the skeleton came into view, they wore Black army boots with yellow straps. as more of the skeleton came into view they could make out more of him. He had a black leather jacket that slowly faded to a royal blue with yellow accents that went down to his ankles. the inside of his jacket was a yellow that resembled the sun. underneath the jacket was a red sweater, parts of him seemed to disappear and reappear in different places as well as the word error being plastered onto him in random spots. his hands had a black base that turned to red which turned to yellow. he had a royal blue scarf that fell down to his waist and finally a black skull with multicolored eyelights with a red behind them. He had blue strings falling down from his eye resembling that of crying. Overall he was unlike they had ever seen. As well as tall, he had easily 2 feet on Nightmare and he stood at an impressive 7'6. but even so Error towered over him. The gang stared at Error in curiousness and wariness. "Error this is the gang, Killer the first one I ever recruited and specializes with knives, Dust who I found mumbling to himself in his AU and also specializes with knives, Horror who was depraved of food for years and is our main chef and healer but will sometimes come into battle using his axe, and finally Cross who I found in a completely white AU abandoned by Ink and wields a giant knife," Nightmare introduced "and now everyone meet Error," Nightmare said putting a tentacle behind Error's back. Horror was the first one to stand up and walk towards the glitching skeleton "my... n-name Horr-rror" he said with much dificulty due to his speech being ruptured by Undyne putting a hole in the side of his skull, "ErROr" Error said back. Soon Killer stood up to greet him and then Dust and finally Cross. After they had all introduced themselves to Error Killer had an idea. "Hey Error," he said as Error hummed in response "Why don't we go in the back for some sparring to see how strong you are!" Killer suggested. Shockingly to Nightmare the rest of the gang cheered, they never got excited for training so seeing this change of attitude was a welcome change for Nightmare. They all began heading to the back door where the arena was located ready to test their newest member. they all pushed past each other trying to be first out, like always they made everything a competition. Unfortunately for them they always got stuck and Nightmare would have to break it up. Nightmare just hoped Error wouldn't be like this but for now he seemed to be fine staying at the back not saying a word. Error let out a glitchy chuckle at the gangs antics while Nightmare picked them up with one tentacle each and placing them each on chairs they had near the arena for spectating. "Now then," Nightmare said "who wants to go first?"
A/N well it's out finally and the longest chapter yet at 1788 words. I feel pretty proud of myself honestly and I hope you all think it was worth the wait. Again I'm sorry for the long wait and hope to get more done on this but no promises. next chapter will be a big one for sure!
