Jungkook was almost flying across the hallway towards his locker after Math. He never knew that a Math class could go that slowly. He always used to enjoy listening and learning the said subject, but it was different this time. He was too excited for art class. He managed to be the first one out of the classroom, which he never usually was, and he was already by his locker. He fished his art book out, and he found the classroom that was close by. The door was open, but he decided to wait around before entering. He wanted to be able to come just a tiny bit before the teacher would show up.

When he glanced at the clock, there were only three minutes until the teacher would make their appearance. That made his feet move and he entered the classroom. There were already lots of students occupying every seat. There wasn't one available without a student already sitting beside it. Jungkook glanced around, trying to spot a good seat and found one for his taste. It was close to the window; only a brown haired male already sitting there was right beside it. Jungkook couldn't see his face though. The boy looked to be sleeping, because he was resting his head facing the window on his arm, almost having his back facing the classroom. Jungkook didn't think too much about that student though; he just really wanted the seat. He sat down quietly without waking him up from his peaceful sleep. The boy started to move, but he didn't rise up his head. Only let out a small tired growl. Jungkook had noticed that the moment he sat down, lots of whispers where filling the classroom and he heard some of them.

"Did you see that? He sat beside him," he heard one girl whisper to her friends.

"He should be careful." Jungkook decided to ignore the whispers and the boy sitting next to him, and focused on the door that was waiting for the teacher. A smile came to form his lips when he spotted a grown up lady that looked to be around her thirties with a bright and lively smile.

"Hello class!" she yelled, waking the sleepy faces and making Jungkook feel excited and even more restless. He almost wanted to jump around and dance to express his joy, but he decided not to, that he'd only look even more like a freak. "I'll call out your names and you'll say yes when you hear your name, okay?" Everyone remained quiet and waited. "Kim Namjoon."

"Yes!" said a lively voice on the first row and belonged to a white headed boy with glasses, a well styled uniform, and even more equipments for the class than Jungkook himself.

"Jung Hoseok."

"Here." Jungkook glanced over his shoulder to spot the other student and the named belonged to a boy with a bright smile, but also an intense stare. Jungkook wasn't sure how he'd be as a person.

"Jeon Jungkook." Jungkook thought it couldn't get any more quiet than the classroom already was, but it did. He felt everyone's stares on him. They must've noticed that the new boy sitting in the classroom was he. Even the boy beside him rose up his head and seemed surprised to spot Jungkook beside him. He must've not noticed him sitting down.

"Yes!" he said whilst raising his hand. The boy beside him was staring. A lot. It made Jungkook feel uncomfortable and he tried his best to ignore it. Somehow, his stare was different from the others. That was also the first time Jungkook had seen his face. They were both staring at each other, but the boy seemed to be more surprised other than shocked like the others gave him. His face didn't look like how I imagined it, Jungkook thought to himself after he had studied the boy's face.

"Kim Taehyung." That made the boy snap his attention away from Jungkook and over towards the teacher. He raised his hand, but no sound came out of his mouth. Jungkook mentally noted his name. Whispers started to fly across the classroom after his name was called out, and he stared down at his own desk. Jungkook could tell the boy was glancing at him sometimes, but he kept his gaze downwards. Jungkook was confused by the sudden change in the classroom and it was clear that the teacher was glaring at all of them for being noisy. "Quiet everyone!" she yelled and slammed her book on her desk loudly, making everyone jump out of their skin. "I said no talking whilst I call up your names." The art teacher continued with the names and started again right afterwards. Jungkook felt excited again, and the boy next to him noticed. What Jungkook didn't see is that he smiled, just a small glimpse, at his childish behaviour. The boy, Taehyung, probably wasn't used to seeing students acting like that.

Whenever Jungkook glanced at Taehyung, he was somehow aware of it and his body became intense straight away. Since it was their first art class, they'd only had theory from the book. Next time, they'd get an assignment by painting something the teacher would bring. Jungkook couldn't wait already. When Jungkook felt like the classroom was quiet, the only sounds where soft whispers from students, he decided to man up and talk to his classmate.

"Hey, I'm Jungkook," he said. He was surprised he didn't stutter and had a tiny bit of pride. That feeling didn't last long when the boy barely reacted at all. He only glanced at Jungkook for a second, and then down at his book again. "You're Taehyung, right?" Jungkook only said it because he wanted the conversation to keep going. He remembered perfectly what his name was. Kim Taehyung.

The boy only slightly nodded as he was reading and it made Jungkook feel even more embarrassed. It was obvious to him that Taehyung wasn't interested in talking to him at the moment. But what Jungkook didn't know was that Taehyung was smiling on the inside. Jungkook just didn't know the reason behind Taehyung's behaviour.

Jungkook hadn't seen Taehyung show any kinds of emotions, only a straight face, and he was confused. How could you sit in art class and not feel happy and excited? Jungkook almost felt like dying out of happiness and he didn't want to stop smiling.

"I'm sorry, I'll let you read." Jungkook hoped Taehyung would refuse and start to talk, but he didn't. He remained quiet, like always. When Jungkook decided to just keep quiet too, he heard more whispers coming from his classmates.

"He should stop talking to him."

"Does he care about his image at all?" Jungkook started to get really irritated by those whispers and wanted to yell at them to stop, but the teacher was in the classroom to monitor them, which made it difficult to do so. Plus he was a quite shy boy, so he wouldn't have done that anyways.

The black haired boy decided to focus on his reading of the chapter the teacher had assigned them, but somehow he just couldn't stop glancing at Taehyung here and there. His hair was brown, almost the same colour of his eyes, only they were darker. His school uniform was also well styled, just like Namjoon's. His hair was messy, but still very pretty. Jungkook had also noticed a habit of Taehyung; he kept on licking his lips. At first Jungkook thought it was just because his lips were getting dry, but he licked them even when they weren't.

"There are five minutes left till the class is over. If you're done reading, you may leave and get ready for next class," the teacher announced. Many students got up on their feet and walked out straight away. Jungkook also saw Taehyung got up, but waited for most people to go in front of him. He decided that he'd try again to talk to him. This time he couldn't use an excuse, like he had to read. It was a short break and he would have time to chat for a little bit. There was something about him that made Jungkook curious; he just continuingly felt the urge to talk to him.

Jungkook was right behind him and he was ready to call out for him.

"Hey, Tae-"
