Hey! A special thanks to h0efor_Norman and Nhadkha for reading my story. I actually really appreciate that. I love you guys! <3

Oh look, the photo...I wonder what's going to happen in the story...wink wink.

I sat on the bench, watching the game go on. Across the court, I could see Y/n L/n watching the game too. She came. My heart was beaming with joy when I first saw her come.

Her eyes were glazed with admiration. She's beautiful. No, no, she's gorgeous. No, too classic. What should I say to her? She thinks that we don't belong together but we both know that we have feelings for each other. I'm telling her what I feel. But, I wish she stared back at me right now.

Because all I'm doing right now is staring at Y/n L/n. I couldn't help but stare at her. Hopefully, not in a stalker way but in a 'I-love-you-so-much-and-you-look-so-beautiful' type of stare.

Her [e/c] eyes glimmered as she continued to watch the game. I couldn't help but to sigh in awe, only to be snapping out of thought from a loud snap from the volleyball reflecting off someone's hands.

"It's over the net!" Someone shouted, who I assumed was Asahi, the ace. The ball soared over the net, as Asahi said, floating over to Nekoma's side. "Recieve it!" A Nekoma voice spoke.

After the second set, we had taken the set back. Nekoma had won the first set, and Karasuno had won the second set.

The third set had just started. Our team was serving. Kageyama was serving the ball. After the ball had crossed the net, Daichi complimented him.

"Nice serve, Kageyama-kun!" My eyes stayed on the ball as it flew back and forth, constantly changing sides.

Nekoma had won the practice games just by a few points. Karasuno was only a few points behind Nekoma. I wouldn't say it was all bad. Nekoma had left the court and the Karasuno team was packing up.

"Shake it off, we'll get'em next time." Daichi did his captain-ly duty. It was still pouring and L/n was already picking up her umbrella. She was leaving already.

Y/n L/n

I picked up my umbrella after the game. Karasuno had lost but I didn't mind. They were still hard workers. I stepped out of the court and opened up my umbrella as it continued to pour down. It was a really rainy day. I had nothing to take home, nowhere to go home anyways. My mother had left me. She really did.

My feet took another step down the path. After a while, I was a bit farther down the path where Karasuno was no longer visible. A hard, heavy swoosh of wind blew, making my clothes ruffle harshly and the umbrella flying out of my hands.

"Ah!" I let out a noise as it flew out. The thunder boomed as soon as it did. I didn't mind getting wet, but these clothes would be soaking, and this is the outfit I have left. My eyes darted around to look for a place to dry. Suddenly, someone takes my wrist and runs off. It was Suga.

"Hurry! Over here!" He practically dragged me to a ramada where it was dryer. The ramada roof hovered over us where it was dry. The thunder scared me a bit. Suga let go of my wrist in slight embarrassment. And it was silent, other than the rain pouring. It seemed like a long, forever, moment of silence.
