Finally he left me when I was out of my breath. I was panting, really hard. I held dev for support.
"now let's go, everyone must be waiting, I want to eat, I'm hungry." he said like nothing happen few seconds ago. He once again peck my lips and left. I went inside bathroom and wash my face with cold water. My lips are swollen and they are red. I face palm myself and blush thinking about the kiss. I brush my hairs as they were scatter. I made myself presentable and went down. Everyone are already here. I started serving everyone with servants. After it was done, I sat beside Dev and served myself. Everyone started eating while talking on random. Everyone appreciate my cooked food. I smiled and said a thank your. After dinner, it was time for dessert.
I went in the kitchen and served that dry fruit shake in 5 glass. I am allergic to dry fruits so I didn't get my glass. I have anaphylaxis So I avoids dry fruits/ nuts.
I went to the dinning room with the tray. I serve them and sat beside dev.
"mmm, vahini it's wonderful, I can drink one more glass." aahana said.
"yes me too! I too loved it." dhruv said. Mom, dad, dadi and dev too nodded.
"Aaboli, where is your glass beta? Why are you not drinking?" dad ask.
"umm no dad, I don't want to drink. I'm already full. You all drink, I'm here only" I said.
"no way, it doesn't looks good when we all are drinking and you are sitting like that only, dev, share your drink with her. Seema will bring more." dadi said in stern voice.
"Gladly." I hear dev saying. Twins laugh and dad-mom shake their head.
"Take this Aaboli, drink." he said while giving it to me.
"no dev, I don't want to actually I'm alle-' I was cut by the glass which is kept on my lips by dev, forcing to drink. He tilted the glass and the liquid flown down to my throat. Oh no!
I immediately pull that glass back but till then I had taken the sip.
It's just a sip. Just a sip.
I just said to myself. Hope nothing will happen. Later I didn't took any sip. Seema serve everyone more. I just sat there talking with them. It's been 5 mins, I thought nothing will happen, but how wrong I was, it's effect started.
I started feeling uncomfortable. Like someone is gripping my throat really badly. I am not able to breath. I started taking deep breaths. But it's not working. But it was just a sip! How can it start?
"Vahini are you okay?" I hear Dhruv's voice but I am not able to talk, my throat is paining. From my neck to my stomach, everywhere is pin prick sensation. I can feel my neck area warm. It happens when I eats food I'm allergic to, and just few minutes ago I took just a 'sip' of that shake.
