The falling method

Lay either on your back or your stomach, whichever makes you more comfortable is good.

Visualise yourself in a dark room through your own eyes. 

Visualise yourself suddenly falling.

When you feel that your falling gets lighter, imagine your DR bedroom.

You see your DR self lying on the bed and you reach out as if to hug them.

Hug your DR self as you lower towards them and imagine your soul entering into them.

You will begin to glow.

Fall asleep and you should awaken in your DR.
