This method is like acting as though you are already in your DR.
I recommend meditating for this method before, to clear your mind.
Imagine you are lying in your DR bed:
Is the temperature there hot or cold?
What do you smell?
What do you see?
What do you hear?
Is anyone around you?
If so what are they doing?Describe your DR to yourself as best you can.
After a while, if you are relaxed, you should feel a tingle, a twitch or see a flash of a bright light at this point, do not move!
Fall asleep, no need for affirmations or subliminals but use them if you'd like
You should awaken in your DR
