"Do your work you suicidal maniac." The bespectacled man sat stood up. "And do NOT mess with my schedule." He glared.
"I will he going now." Kunikida announced, standing up and walking out of the office to continue and hopefully complete his schedule without Dazai Osamu ruining it.
The brown haired man watches as his partner walks out the door and shuts it after himself before snickering and grabbing his phone, prepared to call all the people he can use to ruin Kunikida's ever so perfect schedule.
"Dazai-san's at it again..." Atsushi sighed glancing at his superior who was silently laughing— evilly if you may— as he typed down the number he knew would make the blond haired man get distracted.
Kenji entered the room carrying a bunch of folders— cases in which they are assigned to do that day. Tanizaki was following after him with his own stack of folders.
"Dazai-san!" Kenji's eyes brightened upon seeing the suicidal man sitting at his desk.
He grabbed a folder from his stack and placed it in front of the brown haired man.
"The president told me this case was specifically assigned to you." The cheery young male explained.
"Me?" The brunet dumbly stated taking the folder and opening it to see it's contents.
He was met with a letter, it's stamp having an oddly familiar logo of a Laurel branch and a cross.
Dazai's nonchalant and joyful attitude diminished as soon as he recognized the client he was assigned to.
"This is..."
Wordlessly he opened the envelope. Skimming his eyes through the contents of the letter.
Dazai hastily stood up startling Atsushi and Kyouka who accommodated the desk beside his.
"I'm going out." He said seriously. Picking up his sand colored coat and bringing the file with him.
Unbeknownst to the Agency, that was the last time they ever saw Dazai Osamu before he disappeared for over a year.

Dear Dazai Osamu,
Heed my warning for I am afraid history will repeat itself once again.
I humbly request you as a detective— and not a former executive of the Port Mafia— to hear my plea
I've worked with this woman you are probably already familiar with. She goes by Professor Bianca Hunters— one of Port Mafia's Doctors and researchers.
Upon working with her I stumbled upon her projects. I have a few inserts in a journal regarding the development of the research. It is currently in the lab inside of one of the drawers.
I am terribly sorry for the news I will rely on you next.
Bianca Hunters aims to recreate 'Arahabaki' that is Nakahara Chuuya.
And she is using my daughter as a vessel.
I do not wish for history to repeat itself! I do not wish for my late daughter to suffer even more so.
I pray that her soul will finally be at rest.
Bianca Hunters is illegally conducting a biologically engineered human experiment that is also unknown to the boss— Ogai Mori.
And her goal is to break Yokohama apart.
I do not wish for this beloved city to be overturned to such malicious intent.
Please. Put a stop to her. And her experiments.
I— as formerly a spy and a traitor of the mafia and skilled medical practitioner of the government— could not trust my allies.
I could not confide to my dear friend for his superior.... His superior I do not trust.
It will only be a matter of time before I am found out.
Dazai Osamu-san. Please put a stop to that vile woman.
Let my sweet rose— my darling daughter Maria Clara be finally put to rest.
I do not wish for a tragic history to repeat itself.
Though it might be inevitable.
The chances are an estimated 30%.
Please, heed my request.
This is rather selfish of me and I will owe you more than my lifeline but as long as I do not see this city suffer I am prepared to offer my life as I did to my home country.
Kind regards,
Dr. J. Rizal
