"You are quite an amusing companion, younger sister." Kaito said monotonously.

"DROP THE YOUNGER SISTER STUFF ITS WEIRD!" Yukiko stressed. "Yukiko! Call me Yukiko! Y-U-K-I-K-O it's not that hard to say right?"

"Out of respect, I do not wish to take advantage of my situation— people only let others call them by their first names if they are really close. I would also like to apologize for calling you with your given name earlier. That was quite rude of me."

"Then I give you permission to call me by my given name." She sighed. "I don't really care. I'd actually prefer if I were called by my given name. Dazai-Nakahara is too long and D-14185 is not exactly my cup of tea either. "

Kaito made no verbal response but gave the female a curt nod.

His large hand hovered over the the door that blocked their path to the old lab.

"Yukiko-chan..."

"What is it?"

"Do you... Are you aware of... Arahabaki and it's connection to Nakahara Chuuya-san?"

"Not really?" The girl responded. "I don't think dad or papa mentioned anything about it..."

Kaito pursed his lips.

"I see."

He pushed the door making it fall on the floor with a loud thud.

They were greeted by the sight of an old lab that someone seemed to have tried to destroy at least once but failed as there are still some appliances that were preserved.

"Arahabaki was the man-made Ability made by Japanese researchers in attempts to remake the ability known as the greatest assassin Paul Verlaine." Kaito started. Trudging towards the Middle of the room where lay something covered with a large piece of dusty cloth.

"Well it was once called a god of calamity of some sort according like to old Japanese legends. " He added.

"Have you ever wondered how you have two biological fathers instead of one?" Kaito inquired.

"I mean..." The shaman confessed. "I can't say it did not cross my mind a few times because it did."

"Though... Uh.. since abilities are prominent and there's also jujutsu sorcerers—"

"Do you know why Bianca Hunters calls us her creations?"

Yukiko pursed her lips.

"I have an intuition." She said. "But that is... Unimportant right now."

"What I am about to show you." Kaito said grabbing the edges of the large cloth. "May come as a shock."

"Please do not hate Dazai Osamu-san and Nakahara Chuuya-san after finding out the truth." Kaito pleaded.

"Unlike you, I am unable to find my biological ties— so you can say I'm envious of you."

"Wait." Yukiko furrowed her brows. "Why would I hate them?"

"I will explain further." He sighed. "But first..."
