"Ok then let's visit some restaurant", he suggested. Anika nodded and they moved towards the lift. After coming out of his office Anika noticed someone's familiar face

"Nikhil", called Anika. Nikhil turned back and was shocked to see Anika there, especially with Shivaay his boss. Shivaay noticed Nikhil talking with someone and turned towards him. Usually, he doesn't remember the names of his employees as there are many but he is going to remember him forever now as Anika knows him. Anika dragged him towards Nikhil and then left his hand. He was embarrassed as in-office his attitude is different where no-one can touch him and here she dragged him that too in front of his employee

"Anika, you here? That too with sir?", He asked with questioning eyes. He liked Anika from childhood. She is the most beautiful girl he saw. He thought that he will marry her after getting a job because no one will approach her due to her work as she work in thela... Shivaay is unexpected for him as he is a billionaire and Anika is a low-middle-class girl

"Yes because we are going to marry", replied Anika with a smile. Shivaay frowned as he never tell about his things to anyone but Anika told him about marriage. It's not like he is hesitant to call her his wife but he doesn't like to give answers when people question him like this.

"Ohh aacha. Congratulations", he said and looked here and there. He is unable to believe his eyes that Anika is going to marry this rich guy. But he had to congratulate him because Shivaay can do anything because of his powers

"Shivaay he is my childhood friend Nikhil", told Anika to Shivaay who nodded. He doesn't want to talk much with him as he didn't get good vibes from him. The way he looked at Anika was giving him negative vibes

"Anika I think we should leave. Otherwise, you will be late", he said

"Ok let's go then. Byee Nikhil", she waved her hand towards Nikhil who waved back and entered Shivaay's office.

Shivaay and Anika sat inside the car. Anika remembered their embarrassing moment and looked outside. Her cheeks automatically turned red with that thought. Shivaay started driving slowly. He was looking toward Anika from time to time in a hope that she will start a conversation but she was quiet which is strange because Priyanka told him that she is very talkative

After 5 minutes they reached their destination. Shivaay came out of his car and waited for Anika but she was lost somewhere so he went near Anika's side and opened the door. Anika came out of her thoughts when she found him in front of her. She looked down in embarrassment and came out

"Are you fine? It is ok if you are not comfortable", he said when he noticed that Anika was embarrassed. Anika shooked her head. Shivaay wanted to confirm again but words didn't come out of his mouth. He then asks her to come inside

Anika nodded and they came near their table which was decorated like they are on a romantic date. Anika blushed seeing a decorated table with a red rose and 2 mugs in heart shape. Shivaay was more embarrassed now because he booked a random table. He knows very well whose trick is this. Shivaay helped Anika to sit like a gentleman and then sat in his place

"I booked a random table but I think it's done my Omru", he told clearing her confusion. Anika who was looking here and there to hide her red cheeks looked at him. Was it important to tell her that?

"It's fine Shivaay. We are going to marry so it's normal", said Anika with a smile because she realised that maybe he misunderstood her silence. She was embarrassed but not because of the table instead she felt happy but her hopes died when he told truth about her

"Yes but they want me to progress fast which is not easy. Especially for me who hate marriages. I am sorry for my words but... I... Am like this only. I can't accept this relationship so easily which destroyed me... My childhood my happiness everything. I don't want another Shivaay to suffer that's why I can't believe in marriages. I know you have many hopes but... How I will... progress when I... Can't even think of marriage

I am marrying you but I need time to accept this relationship. I don't think I can behave as a husband with you even after marriage. I don't know anything regarding marriage couples. I never saw anyone. The thing I saw from childhood is my parents fighting with each other. Destroying their relationship even after love marriage", he said in a choking voice. His hands shivered when he remembered a flashback where his parents killed each other in front of him. He told his real feelings to her again because he can't give her fake hopes for this marriage. Anika noticed a few tears in his eyes which he was trying hard to hold. She held his hand tightly to calm him

"Shivaay I know you are scared to accept marriage but it will not change reality right. I know you have a dark past but my past is not good as well. Even though I am an orphan at least you have your family but I have only Daksh, Gauri and Sahil who are busy in their world.
I earn through my designs and then at night I open a stall of dosa. you don't know how much it is difficult Shivaay. Everyone has their sorrows but... We need to hide it from the world and never let people know that we are sad
Sometimes we just need a shoulder to cry", whispered Anika with tears. Shivaay looked toward her immediately when she talked about her life. Her life is looking more miserable than theirs as he has money but she doesn't have anything with her. She is the one who is taking everyone's responsibility

"Stall Why? ", He asked in a low voice. He felt the pain in her voice. It is true a broken person can understand another broken person very well

Anika wiped her tears and passed a fake smile to him "because my salary is not enough for all of us", she replied which shocked him.  Her salary is not enough? He wiped her fresh tears and held her hand

"I can't give you a shoulder or a hug to cry on sorry for that because I don't know how to do such but I will make sure you will get the life which you deserve", he said softly. Her tears were pinching him. From the day he saw her she was always happy. She never cried but today she did.

Anika smiled hearing his reply. She doesn't know what to do and what to say but this man is hell-bent on making her fall for him. Even if he said he can't accept relation she was not that much hurt now because of his behaviour. He is a nice guy who just needs someone to accept him like he is.  Anika was happy that even if he can't accept relation he is at least trying to give her full respect.

"Thank you soo much Shivaay. Let us order something first then we will talk about our favourite things ", she said after a minute. She looked towards Shivaay who had cold expressions again. No one can say that he was about to cry a few minutes ago. He is good at hiding emotions.. thought Anika
