"of course" he smiled. we started walking inside the building but were stopped by Owen again.

"attention seniors!! we are gonna plan the senior's plan tomorrow in the cafe 4 blocks from now. and we'll do the prank the day after prom" we all cheered and I almost started jumping up and down from excitement

lev laughed at my grin and kissed me again "you are the cutest thing ever"

I smiled and we began the tour.

"I'm hungry" Ethan whined and lev hit the back of his head.

we were done with the tour and we're sitting on the bleachers. kaylana and jayln had to leave but Niall joined us so Ethan was the only single one here.

"are you?" I ask looking at lev. he smiled sheepishly "kinda"

I stood up "well let's go I'm sure Helena made something great"

lev stood up almost immediately, "let's go!"

we parted ways from the engaged couple and I drove lev and ethan to my house.

we walked in and I throw my bag on the couch and lev shakes his head at me in disapproval. ethan laughs when I put my tongue out at him.

"Helena!" I yelled.

she appeared from the kitchen and her eyes widen when she saw lev and ethan

"lev? weren't you supposed to come tomorrow?" she asked

"yeah but I wanted to surprise karlissa" he smiled and kissed the side of my head

"well welcome" Helena smiled which lev returned.

"who's here Helena?" came a voice from inside the house and soon dad appeared.

lev when a little stiff. right I forgot to tell him that he's staying here instead of his hotel

"you must be lev night" dad looked at him up and down closely

"hello" lev extended his hand and dad shook it after staring at it for a while.

lev looked really awkward standing there so I decided to save him "dad stop it" I rolled my eyes and dad started laughing and I joined him.

lev looked at us wide-eyed and ethan was long gone into the kitchen with Helena, probably to eat.

"c'mon son, we'll get your stuff put into the guest room. no sleeping in the same room" dad warned.

I stop my laughs at lev's deflated face. He was probably looking forward to our 'who owns what' fight.

I was kind of too but-

"When's mom coming here?" I ask. She was kind of excited to meet lev once I told her about him. She insisted we talk more often and lev was almost the topic every time because he was always on my mind.

"she won't be able to make it tonight but she promised to be here for breakfast tomorrow" I nodded but I was a little bumped out.

"Lev! come to try this salad! it's the best one I've ever eaten!" ethen calls out.

3 March

"lev I swear if you call here one more time, I don't care who you are, I will kill you" Delilah threatens and I laugh.

it was finally prom day and the guys were at Niall's getting ready while we girls were at my house. Delilah was doing my makeup and lev kept calling me, trying to talk to me but Delilah has confiscated my phone as it was annoying to do my makeup while I look down at my phone.

"I am calling my girlfriend, to her phone. you have no say in this" lev grumbled. my heart fluttered at the emphasis

"yes, I do. if you're being like this now I don't wanna imagine how you will be on your wedding day when you two don't get to see each other for 24 hours" Delilah rolled her eyes

"well, we aren't gonna do any of that shit, right babe?" I blush to which Delilah smirks

"of course we're gonna do it, it's a tradition." I said

"meanies. both of you" lev grumbled

"but you love us" Delilah smirks. I laugh

"well I love one of you because she is the most amazing person but the other, I'm not sure if I can handle," lev said

"awww I love you too but not a very great thing to say about your girlfriend lev" Delilah teases

"o fuck off" and he hung up but not before saying "I love you karlissa"

"it's fun torturing them" I smirk in the mirror at Delilah who was curling my hair.

she nods "this party needs a little music"

"agreed. 1989?'' I ask and she gives me a duh look.

When we first dropped our bags on apartment floors

"and now I am the happiest I've ever been" I smile a genuine smile and Delilah returns it

"yeah both our lives turned out amazing. let's hope it stays that way forever."

I nod "but I know that I will have you by my side" I look at her in the eyes
