And here we are on a saturday noon. The sun shone dimly in the sky and gave people a little of her light. The sky was tinted bright blue, but marked by a few white, cotton-candy-like clouds. A light breeze blew and let the many clouds move quickly. The day was perfect for a trip to hogsmeade and so many students were wild in the castle, on the grounds and on the streets. They laughed loudly, quipped with anticipation and clasped their hands together to enjoy the day together. So did Amelia and Remus. Well, without hand clasping.
Amelia was wrapped in tight, gray jeans, a white sweater and her green and black slytherin scarf. Her cheeks were slightly red because of the mild wind and her loose hair was blowing in the direction of the wind. She looked incredibly beautiful and sweet, Remus noticed immediately. How she wrapped her arms around her body and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. Remus couldn't take his eyes off her when he saw her for the first time since the incident. But Amelia was also taken with his appearance. He looked very handsome in his blue jeans, his brown knit sweater and his slightly messy brown curly hair. Paired with his friendly smile and the shine in his honey-brown eyes, Lia couldn't help but smile herself.
The two just left the big castle that they call home and their school. In hogsmeade, the two hoped to find powdered moonstone and thus finally be able to chop off their ingredient list for Amortentia. They ran along side by side, neither of them knowing what to say to break the strange silence between the two. Neither Amelia nor Remus really knew what to do with each other. Explaining this little trip together to their friends had already been awkward enough.
Flashback:
,,Remus." Lia called out, making the boy and his friends turn around confused.
,,Yes?" he asked curiously.
,,We're still going to hogsmeade next weekend, right?"
,,Of course." Remus answered, giving Amelia a bright smile as he turned around and walked out of the hospital wing. She remembered, he thought. And even after what just happened and how we hurt her, she's willing to properly finish this project with me. He couldn't help but smile so bright and toothy, that his cheeks even started hurting slightly. But Remus didn't care about that.
However, his three friends did. After hearing Amelias question and the overly happy reaction of their mate, they couldn't help but freeze right where they stood and stare at him wide-eyed.
They are going to hogsmeade together? Even if none of the others expressed the question verbally, everyone knew that they all thought about the same thing. Turning around, Sirius, James and Peter saw Remus walking through the door, the smile not leaving his face, and quickly decided to follow and trace the answer to their question.
