CAROLINE RECOVERED... and she now walked back in the house along with Tyler... they were tryring to read a sword, I didn't know the langauge but I had a feeling Nik did...

"Well, if it isn't little orphan Lockwood... Come to show how laughably impotent you are against me?" Nik said trying to have fun with Tyler "I'm just trying to help my friends find the cure" he snarled

"Found this in your attic" he said as he showed us the sword "And you think finding the sword brings you closer to the cure?" Nik said

"You tell me... I was playing around with the handle on the ride over, and I found this" Tyler said as he showed us the handle to reveal a turning puzzle...

"And what do you think 'this' is?" he asks knowing damn well what it was... "It's called a cryptex..  I've seen The da Vinci Code... You turn the different sides to the different symbols to get the translation on the other side..  And with the magic of the internet, Elena sent over these...  So now all we have to do is cryptex away... If the two of you happened to want to help, we wouldn't stop you" she said as I giggled

"Right... Well, might I suggest using the magic of the internet to purchase an Aramaic-to-English dictionary from your nearest retailer..." Nik said and Caroline looked shocked "What's ?"

"It's a dead language... It hasn't been used since, like, biblical times" Nik said "Most languages are dead and even when I was alive I never heard of that language" I said

"Qetsiyah's native tongue, I'm guessing... You know, even if you had the best dictionary in the world, it could take days to translate... Perhaps weeks... 'In bas so-teen-too ara-ma-eet'" he said taunting them

"What does that mean?" she asks "If only you spoke Aramaic." he said as he sat besides me "How liong do you think until we leave this cage?" I ask and he smiled "Soon my love" he said and he kept on staring at me

"Stop that" I said and he chuckled "Why afraid of falling in love with me again?" he asked and I rolled my eyes "I could kill you" I said and he chuckled "I know... I don't underestimate you enchantress" he said

"Okay, this is it... We've translated all the symbols on the tattoo... "Passage inside...requires a young senator, and a pretty flower"Okay, none of this makes sense!" she said in frustration

"Requires a powerful witch and a hunter in full bloom" Nik reads as he wraps my legs around him as he stand and puts me down "What are you doing?" Tyler said  "I don't need to tell you my reasons... Caroline... Bring my sword over here" Nik said "'Silas rests on the far side, the means of his destruction at hand' Turn the cryptex to the right" Nik said as Caroline listens "Stop... The top of the hilt reveals a key to a nautical map... Turn it to the left... Now turn the other piece.. There's something else" he said as he speaks in Aramic...

"What does it mean? Klaus, what does it mean?" Caroline asks but he smiles in mischief "Come here" he said to me and I was confused "Get into my head" he whispered in my ear... "Only one person can drink the cure" I laughed "You evil genius" I mutter

"Hello?" I hear Rebekah's voice "Hey, it's Caroline... We have the translation of the tattoo... We're emailing you pictures of the map and instructions right now" Caroline said as I hear "Got it.. Thanks" she said"Actually, it was me" Nik said and I figured out his plan... "Nik, you helped?" she said in shock "You sound so surprised, little sister" he said as he looked at me almost telling me to be ready
