So really he isn't REALLY jealous he is more scared then anything

Yes, I mean he never has had someone that loves and cares for him and he isn't ready to give that up, so what he does is death stare them from across the room while leaning on a wall, and if that doesn't work he will literally come up behind you, pick you up, throw you over his shoulder and leave to his or your room.
