Chapter III: Hidden Agenda

Miyeon POV

6:50pm

I'm here outside the convenience store, I'm still with Shuhua while the other three went in to buy foods and drinks.

I still accompanied Shuhua even tho I make her feel uncomfortable, but I feel that she needs someone now.

"Yeon?" She said.

"Y-yes?" Oh shi-

"How are you?" She asked as she looked at me.

"I should be the one asking you that tho" I answered while not looking back at her.

Instead I looked at the stars, and the Moon.

"And why?" she asked again.

"Because you don't look okay. It's obvious Yeh Shuhua." I answered again and finally looked back at her but deeply.

Your eyes looks so lost and empty....

"I know you." I added while smiling.

I hate seeing you like that...

"Why are you smiling if you know I'm not okay?" she asked with a hint of joke.

"Oh so many questions.." I said then patted her head.

The three came out of the store and we continued walking on the way to Soyeon's apartment.

7:15pm

We quickly sat down on the sofa.

The school is near from here but it's still tiring tho.

But Shuhua is still standing behind the door.

"Shuhua-yah come here, Soojin said she will come right?" Yuqi said reassuring Shuhua.

I know there's something going on between them, not only me but maybe all of us.

Maybe they just decided to keep it lowkey and were just respecting their privacy.

And about Shuhua?

Yeah I knew right from the start that she's a ruler.

A bendable one.
