Chapter 16 - Other's Heart

Corpse's POV:

. . .Two months later. . .

I felt a ray of sunlight suddenly hit my eye lids as I slowly opened up my eyes, tho my vision was blurry my ears could clearly hear the voice of my dearest one

"Rise and Shine!" The same cheerful voice of my lover rung into my ears "five more minutes" I let out as I groaned soon hearing a small and playful growl

I was just about to drift back to sleep when a pillow smashed into my face as I picked it up and looked over at Dream who had by now brought a cup of coffee for me

"Dark as you like it" He said as I sat up and took the cup from him sipping into the bitter liquid and from the corner of my eyes I saw him smile

Oh how I would die for that smile, and knowing it was for me even makes my stomach twist and my heart race

God, I love him, I love him, I love him so much

I pulled him close to me my hand gently grabbing his hair as I connected our lips soon pulling away in a few seconds only to get hit by Dream's fist on my head

"Dont kiss me after drinking your black coffee, I cant handle bitterness like you" He said as he stuck out his tongue

He really thought that would stop me? That just made me want to tease him more

I quickly took the chance to kiss him again now sliding my tongue into his mouth as he grabbed my shirt, I kept on kissing him until I could see he was running out of breath

His red face as he breath heavily soon catching up to himself "Corpse" was the first and all he said after his breathing went back to normal, he sounded mad

"What's up babe?" I said teasingly knowing fully well he doesnt like to be called babe as he finds it cringe "I told you not to call me that!" He said

"Then should I call you a green Teletubby like Techno does?" I asked as my smirk grew wider and he blew up both his cheeks with his face still red as ever

Techno's POV:

"Are the two of them here yet?" Wil asked as I shook my head signing a false as he sighs, "Come on guys lets give the two of them some space!" Bad said

"They are probably doing IT right now" Sapnap whispers into George's ear but it was clearly hearable to most of us as everyone looked at each other with

With.... Uhhh What was that face called? Kenny face?.... Lenny face?.... Lenny face yeah, that weird look

I swear if the people in the comments start spaming that-

"Guys! We are here!" Dream yells getting our attention and for the first time I saw him in a shirt rather then his regular hoodie, he just wore a white shirt and blue jeans, he wasnt wearing his mask either

I felt myself smiling as I looked at him. His dirty blonde almost brown hair shimmering golden in the sunlight as his freckles also move up along with his smile, I soon shake my head

Not the time Techno.

I watch as slowly a black figure walks behind him to soon recognise him as Corpse "Hey, sorry we are late" he said his voice sounding as if he had just woken up

"Damn dude you ok?" Wil asks as Corpse node his head soon yawning "Yeah, just a little sleepy" he replied "I will be out of it in a minute or two tho lets get to the cafe"

We all nod as we walk to the cafe suited inside the campus to eat our breakfast there, my eyes never leaving Dream only when he turns to gaze at me do I look away

Now sitting down on the chairs we order our usual with Corpse taking just black coffee, Me and Dream with just Tea, Wil with Tea and Crumpets, Sapnap and George with pancakes and Bad with muffins

After eating we all sat down on a bench, well most of us didnt didnt as George and Wil being the only ones using the bench, most of us hung around

"There!" Wil said finishing his song that he was writting, he wasnt going to compose it, it was just for fun "Already?! Didnt you start it just yesterday?!" Sapnap snapped from behind him

Wil just gave a giggle "Yeah I did, its easier to write personal songs then public ones. Since its just for you and no one else to see you dont need to impress anyone"

"Damn, what's its name and number?" Corpse asked, he himself being a singer looked quite interested, tho I gotta say, His music and Wil's music has a difference of heaven and hell

"Song name Untold Highschool Crush (Its not an actual song stop looking it up), song no. 7650" Wil replied as everyone just stood with their jaws hung open on hearing the song number as Wil lets out a chuckle

But my focus was More on the song title. I stated at Wil who gave me back my stare before looking at Bad "Soo... What's the song about?" He asked

"Its about a guy and this other guy who ment in their freshman years, at first he hates the guy and is deeply rivals with him but that rivalry and hate the boy has soon turns into love and affection for the other guy" He Said his gaze never looking away from me

"But since he is too scared of getting rejected and now is friends with the boy so he doesnt want to ruin their friendship either, so he stays quiet and only then does he realize his mistake when the boy is already taken by someone else" he finishes

"Oooo... Thats rough" Sapnap said, "Poor guy" Bad sympathies, "That.... Wil you really do love to make sad songs huh" Corpse Said as Wil just gave him a smile as I look at Dream's quiet face

What is he thinking?

"Techno..."

My eyes lit up as he calls my name, did he figure it out? I am pretty sure I was good at staying hidden from him, after all I know what he is capable of and he knows mine as well

"What do you think about the song?" He asks, I soon switch back to my Normal expression, that being nothingness

"Pretty good" I replied, as I turned only my eyes to look at him

He is smiling... But not at me. He is smiling at Corpse

. . . . .

Oh well....

I have already lost my chance...

Now all I wish for is your happiness...
