I was playing with Andrew, mine and my boyfriend vinnies 11 month young son in the backyard when he suddenly said
"Ma-ma, da-da"
I wasnt sure if I heard him right so I asked if he could repeat it (apparently by the time babys are 9 months they can understand certain things lmao) and he did
A: ma-ma, da-da
Y: VINNIE!
I quickly called for my boyfriend to come outside to hear what our son just said. After a few moments I could see vinnie rushing towards me and Andrew.
V: BABY WHATS WRONG?! ARE YOU OKAY?!
Y: haha yeah we're okay but ANDREW JUST SAID HIS FIRST WORD- WELL WORDS!
V: WAIT REALLY?! WHAT WERE THEY?!
Y: say it again baby for daddy to hear. I say to our son
A: ma-ma, da-da

Third person p.o.v
As your child finished his words Vinnie quickly scooped him up and began jumping with his son in his arms in tears. He then hugged you and asked your son to once again say the two words.
