"The Garrison is fully mobilized and patrolling the wall. That requires an incredible amount of labor and manpower. Patrols in the walled cities have become so infrequent, they can't even maintain order. This situation will only compound the chaos in the cities." Hanji explained

"We need to recapture wall Maria, I'm even more convinced then before." Hanji's squad looked at them worried

"I want everyone to feel safe soon. I want this to be a world where people can live without fighting each other. That's why...I want to test out both Eren's and Y/n's power as soon as possible." Hanji looked at Eren and Y/n with pleading eyes

"This time, we'll experiment without fear to find out more about his hardening ability, and the manipulating eyes."

"The idea that both of you can manipulate titans....is amazing. If Eren can really do that, it could very well turn our situation completely around!"

"That's why...we can't sit around and waste time! We have to hurry and take action! But...I still want Eren and Y/n to lay low for the time being." Hanji looked down

"What?" Eren asked "But why?" Y/n joined him

"I mean...the situation seems to be even more complicated than we thought." Hanji admitted

"Huh...from the moment you came here, it looked like you've been on edge, like you're holding in shit." Levi spoke up

"You've still got that look on your face. So why do you need to keep it inside? Tell me, Hanji."

"Minister Nick is dead." Hanji said

"Huh?"
"Huh?"
"Wha-..."

"Minister Nick was found dead this morning. Inside the Trost District barracks. I don't know the cause of death, but I know he was murdered, same with Fliaa and Neon."

Hanji and Moblit rushed around the Trost District barracks. "Found dead? Now?!" Hanji tossed on their coat

"How did they find this location?!"

"We don't know yet." Moblit said following behind them "MPs are investigating right now."

"Hey!" A MP yelled spotting Hanji "Nick!" Hanji yelled peeking inside the room, Nick, Neon, Fliaa were all lying on the ground surrounded by puddles of blood.

Hanji stared down at them "Hey! You'll contaminate the crime scene, weirdo!" A MP tried covering the room with his arm "Don't come any closer!" The other yelled

"Let me in he was my friend!" Hanji yelled at them "No." the MP calmly said "This is our job." The MP grabbed the door and closed it

"They were attacked by thugs, you should know cases like this exist." The MP said

Hanji and Moblit didn't buy it "There's no way...Why would some thugs break into the Military barracks?!" Hanji yelled

"What's that?" The MP looked down at them

"Did you look at his fingers?! Why were his nails torn off?! His face looks like it had been beaten repeatedly! And those two are Survey Corps soldiers!! They have a bullet hole in their heads!!"

"What's your posting?!" The MP grabbed Hanji with his hand "Forth Squad?!" The MP yelled

Moblit grabbed the mans wrist and forced it back, Hanji got back onto their feet and took a step back
