Speaking of Jungkook... right after Jimin hopped into the car I noticed him walking up in front of his house with the hood of his black jacket pulled far down on his forehead so that his eyes were almost covered by the fabric. But he noticed me too.

He froze for a split second in his tracks moving his eyes from mine to Jimin and then back to me. I didn't have to take a close look into his eyes to see how confused and hurt he was to see this scene. I could just read his facial expression like an open book.

But then his face turned stone cold and he turned around to his house walking up to the front door.

Now I was even more confused and feeling horrible on agreeing to go with Jimin to whatever he has planned out. But then again, it was also Jungkook's fault.

I pushed the thoughts away and turned to Jimin. Right now, I was in his car and on a date with him. I could sort out everything else with Jungkook later.

"So where are you taking me to, Sir?", I asked sticking to our small role play from before.

"That's a surprise, Lady Y/N", he said winking and revived the engine driving off into the direction of the Han river.

On the way to where he drove we talked about my party and why he had to leave earlier. He told me about his medical class and I was really mesmerized by his passion for medicine and helping sick people.

I could have listened to him going on about his work for hours, even though I didn't understand a single word, but then we arrived at a small parking lot near the bank of the Han river.

We got out of the car and I followed him to the back of the car. He opened the trunk and revealed what he had planned. In front of you laid two pairs of inline skates.

"Had to guess your size but I think I guessed right", he said waiting for my reaction.

"You are kidding, right?", I asked staring at the strange shoes with the small wheels on the sole.

"No", he said laughing at my horrified expression, "come on, it'll be fun. Give it a try."

"No, Jimin. You don't understand", I said turning to him with a tormented look on my face, "I can't do that. I don't know how to."

"But I do", he said taking the skates out of the trunk and shut it, "I'll teach you. Don't worry, I got you."

He took my hand in his and intertwined our fingers. And I felt safe. One of the feelings I cherished most in this hectic world.

"Fine", I gave in letting him guide me to wherever he was headed off to, "but you'll pay my medical bills and treat me when I break my neck or something."

"Sure", he said stopping at the next bench next to a broad walkway a few meters away from the calm water of the Han river. The scenery was really pretty and made me forget about the slightly cold October wind piercing through my jacket.

I sat down next to him and followed his example, took off my shoes and slipped into the skates. I tried tying them but it was so complicated with all the different straps and laces.

When he was finished with his, he kneeled down in front of me and helped me out. I watched him amazed how his hands skilfully wrapped it up in a few seconds.

"Thank you", I said as he straightened up in front of me and then held out his hands.

"I'm so going to break my neck", I sighed taking his hands and stood up with wobbly knees. I had the feeling my feet were going to drive away from me with every little move I made but he gripped me tightly to support me.
