Everything I know: Ending two

Shawn looked at Gmail, he read it again and was about to hit enter when Camila entered their room.

"What did you wrote?" She asked.

"I accepted it." Shawn responded.

Camila's face fell down, tears in her eyes were visible. "Did you send it?"

Shawn shook his head in no. Camila looked up at him. "Shawn I don't think that it's good idea. We're set now. Don't do this."

"Camila, why?" He asked. Camila wanted to tell him that she is pregnant but she couldn't bring herself to do so.

Will he accept their baby? Is it too early.

Camila leaned on apple tree, holding her hand on big belly. She smiled, chocking on her own tears.

But Shawn didn't came from behind to plant kiss on her cheek and make her giggle.

She looked up at the stars, watching all of them shine. She looked back at her stomach, moving her hand around it.

"Honey, what are you doing out this late?" Her husband, Nicholas, asked.

"I just couldn't sleep." She responded.

Nicholas sighed. "Okay, come back whenever you are ready. I'm waiting."

Camila sat on green grass and then she felt someone put hand over hers. She looked over at Shawn sat next to her, smiling.

"Hey." He said softly. "Go back inside, it's getting cold here." He told her.

Camila looked at him. "Why did you went back to being firefighter? We had everything we need." Camila asked.

"You promised that you'll be here, that you'll raise our baby."

"You didn't told me that you're pregnant. I didn't know Camila." He said. Rubbing her hand.

"Nicholas is great man. He loves you." Shawn smiled, looking up at the stars.

"This baby will have a great dad and mom." Shawn rubbed his hand over her belly.

"You're not mad that I already moved on?" She lifted her eyebrow. It's been eight months since he passed away.

"No. I'm glad that you did. You deserve this. Chance to have kids, husband."

"But I love you." She felt tears in her eyes. "You'll fall in love again. This baby will have most beautiful and kind mom. Camila, it's time to let me go. I was there. I helped you, that's why I was on this world. I separate my life in two parts, life before you happened and my life after you happened. I don't regret it, single tear single struggle I went through. I made you happy, I saved you. That's what matters most."

"Shawn, thank you. Thank you for everything I know." She said.

He grinned, "Nicholas is waiting for you inside. He is worried." Shawn motioned his head towards door of house.

He took her hand and stood up, waiting for her to do so too. Then he slowly lead her to door, letting her hand. "Bye Camila."

"Goodbye Shawn."
