We put a blanket in the back of the car and we got on the road Tk was looking out the window admiring the stars . I could feel the box in my pocket .
"Here we are ."
" wait - isn't this where we had our first call -the one where the baby was up in the tree right ?" He said looking at me as we where walking
"It is I thought it was the best place to watch them at ."
"Well your thinking is right . It's beautiful here. " He said looking at the stars above in-front of me
And like that I got down on one knee behind him
"Are you coming?" he said turning around
"Carlos what are you doing ?" He said looking at me shocked by my position
"I'm doing this ."
"Tyler Kennedy Strand you make me the happiest man alive I want to spend everyday for the rest of my life with you will you marry me ?"
He couldn't speak he was tearing up and just shook his head
"Is that a yes ."
"Yes" he said kissing me
We laid down on the blanket watching the stars
"I love you ." He said grabbing my hand
"Love you more ." I said as he put our hands in his hoodie pocket
