A/N Remember that surprise I mentioned a while ago? I was thinking about giving you people a clue. This chappie is the clue. Or clue-ish. If it doesn't turn out quite the way I want, I'll add another clue at the bottom. I posted yesterday, but I got a hundred followers, so you people get another chapter. On to the chapter. Oh, and when my surprise eventually comes out, you will say that the time frames don't match up at all. You're right. They don't. And I couldn't care less. Neither to the areas in which these people live. I still don't care

Annabeths Pov: (A/N Ooh, that's new.)

I ran a brush through my hair, preparing for my date with Percy. It wasn't anything fancy - just a walk along the beach. But I was more excited than I had been for anything in a long time. My life had been anything but normal, but hopefully now that the Giant War was over, we could have some peace for a while. Percy and I could just enjoy being a couple, like we had for those few short months after the Second Titan War. There was a knock at the door. I hurried out of the bathroom to find Malcom and Percy chatting casually. I smiled at Percy, and we kissed. "See you later, Annabeth, Percy," Malcom said. I nodded at him. "Bye," Percy and I said almost simultaneously, before walking towards the beach.

-----Ava will take you later, as Percabeth is sitting watching the sunset from a hill by the forest. close to the border of Camp Half-Blood.-----

I leaned into Percy, taking the breath-taking beauty of nature. It was so nice to just be peaceful for once. No prophecies to be worried about. No upcoming wars to fight in. Percy turned his head and smiled at me. I smiled back and we kissed. When we broke apart, there was girl about eight or nine sitting in front of us. She had long, wavy, golden-brown hair, and amber eyes. Her head was cocked to one side as she sat watching us, and she had a solemn expression on her young face. My hand immediately went to my dagger, and Percy's to his pocket, where Riptide was. When the girl spoke, her voice was soft, and had a slight British accent. "It's okay. I'm not a monster. My name is Isa." Percy shifted next to me. "I'm Percy." "Annabeth," I said. The girl had gotten through the border. She must be a demigod. I wonder who her godly parent is. And whether or not she knows about the modern Greek gods. "Hello, Isa," I start carefully. "Where are your parents?" "Dead," she answers immediately. "But I knew them both. And i'm not adopted. So I'm not like you, if that's what you're thinking. Percy and I trade looks. "Uh, how did you get in then? Are you a god?" Percy questions. Seaweed brain. Gods have a certain aura around them. Isa just seems.............different.

"No, I'm not," Isa replies promptly. "I'm not related to any gods in any way. But I'm not a muggle - I suppose you call them mortals, that's what I've heard around here - either." How can this be possible? She's not related to the gods, but she got in. And she called mortals muggles. I decide to ask her a couple more questions. "If you don't mind me asking, how did you get through the border if you're not related to the gods. And how do you know so much about them? About us?" Isa cocks her head to one side as she seems to debate over what to say. "I'm not a demigod, but I do have magic. Maybe that's why I was able to get in. And I've been here for a while. I was watching everybody. You can tell a lot about people from observing." "I glance at Percy. "We should take her to Chiron." He nods, a look of confusion on his face. "Is Chiron the centaur?" Apparently she saw him in her observing. I nod.

-----Ava will take you to when they are on the porch of the Big House with lemonade and Chiron.-----

"You have magic, you say?" Chiron asks. He doesn't seem at all surprised. I wouldn't be surprised to find that there's a whole other world that Chiron knows about. "Do you use anything to channel that magic? Tools? Spells, perhaps?" Isa shakes her head. "I don't. I've never had access to them with my parents dead. But most do. Do you know about our world then?" Another world. I was right. Chiron nods his head. "Indeed. When I was younger, I decided to go to Europe and see what demigods I could find. We were a little sort on satyr protectors that year, so I decided that I would go out and look. While I was there, I met a man named Albus. We became friends, and he informed me of your world. We have kept contact over the years." Percy is just as confused as I am. "Uh, Chiron, what world?" Chiron looked at us. "I am going to tell you, because if I did not, Olympus knows you would get yourself into trouble trying to find out. But before I do so, both of you need to swear on the River Styx not to tell another soul, living or dead, what you hear today." We swore. "I am talking of wizards and witches." "Like, broomstick, pointy hats wizard and witches?!" Percy bursts out. "Indeed," Chiron responds, appearing amused at Percy's reaction. "Broomsticks and pointy hats are part of their culture. They have stayed hidden for the same reasons we have. It appears young Isa here is a witch." Isa nods, and Chiron turns to talk to her. "You are welcome to stay here for as long as you wish, Isa. The only thing I ask is that you tell us before you leave, so that we do not panic and fear the worst."

A/N Well, there you go. That one was a little different. I did my best to write in Annabeth's Pov. It wasn't great, but oh, well. Anyways, I don't have anything to else to say. Later, Human Beans!
