I get that most people don't write yandere headcanons for THIS boi here and I can see why since he's SUCH an ADORABLE CINNAMON ROLL!!!!! Like GOD DAMN....I've tried my level best to imagine if he was a yandere and I STILL think this is gonna come off lousy but here goes......

Honestly, if you just be yourself and spend some time with him, he'll be infatuated with you and crazily obsessed with you, even if you give him a glance or a smile or a wave. Then he'll think he's finally died and gone to heaven since you were paying attention to HIM

He just LOVES and ADORES baking with you and don[t worry if you don't know how, he'll be really pleased and glad to teach you 

True he would be obsessed with you but he's actually SANE unlike SOME yanderes I know (Cough, pomeranian Boom boom boi cough) and he won't spend each and every single second of the day stalking you and trying to find out what you're doing. He'll spend his time thinking WHAT you're doing instead and often, it'll just leave him distracted for some time or quite a while till someone points out his head was in the clouds to which he'd just blush furiously and stutter an apology 

He will NOT stalk you since the dude's a chivalrous person. As much as he wants you to be safe, he will NOT go around behaving like some creepy stalker. Dude has morals and ethics you know? So, instead of following you wherever you go and watching you like some sort of certified creep, he'll just insist on walking you home just to be safe. Basically speaking, he will be like your own personal bodyguard 

Will he break into your home? BWAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHH XD NEVER, not even if his LIFE depended on it. He is a respectful guy and DROWNS in his respect women juice. He values personal space and respects your privacy

When he tries asking you out, if you accept him, well and good for you. If you already have someone you're dating, he'll just be bummed but he'll accept it. Inside, Satou feels like he's DYING and someone's stabbing him with a rusty dagger. Then, Satou will do something he's not really proud of like spreading some malicious lies about that person or find and dig up some incriminating evidence that the person's your dating will come out as some sort of trashy scumbag. If THAT doesn't work, then it's time for plan B. Giving that person some thing that he baked that would make him really ill or mess up his mind and no one would suspect that dear old Satou was the one behind it 

So, while you're busy crying he'll be there for you, your pillar of strength and support and before you know it, you'll be depending on HIM for support 

He won't have to kidnap you since you're playing into his arms and he just doesn't have the heart to see you sad or miserable if he'd take you by force. If you just fall for him and love him, it would be more than enough

When it comes to rivals and dealing with enemies, I can't really see him actually going as far as killing a person since he's really nice. He'll just tell them to back off politely and say that you're already taken and his patience levels will wear thin if that person does NOT heed his words even though he'd warn them thrice. Then, he'll just have to get that annoying pest out of the way by giving them some dessert that'll just mess up his digestive system for weeks and soon, they'll be avoiding you like the Corona. But if someone is repeatedly hitting on you, he will NOT hesitate to even think TWICE about using his quirk on them since your safety is like, the most important thing in the world to him

Like stated before, he is VERY protective of you 

Basically, you might just have a normal relationship with him and he won't do any crazy yandere stuff while you're there with him. And he'll be calm and normal at least 99 percent of the time so, you're in good hands :)
