You looked at yourself in the mirror and sighed. Your stomach wasn't flat, you had rolls, love handles, and cellulite. You weren't fat by any means. In fact you had a normal body type.

But even if you had a flat stomach and a curvy body it wouldn't matter all you would see is fat.

after all you truly believed you were fat.

Common y/n there are more important things to focus on rather than how you look get over yourself

You shake the nasty thoughts out of your head and finish getting dressed.

You check the outfit in the mirror and freeze. It seems every time you look in the mirror you see another thing wrong with yourself.

nose too big, lips too small, eyelashes too small, acne, teeth aren't super white, wrinkles from stress, dark eye bags, your vagina is an outie not an innie (some girls are really self conscious about it)

"Love you in there?" Your boyfriend asks from outside the door.

"yes" you answer

"come on we don't want to be late to breakfast" he replies

"Okay you got this y/n" you mumble to yourself. You look one last time in the mirror before opening the door and coming face to face with newt.

when he sees you he doesn't say anything he just stares.

"newt why are you staring at me?" you rub your arm as your eyes drop to floor. His eyes taking over your form make you shutter.

"sorry, you're just so beautiful" he says

'Liar, he's just being nice. He doesn't mean that' your inner voice says

"Thanks" you plaster a fake smile.

"let's head to breakfast before Minho eats it all"

"He's going to do that anyway" you remark making newt release a small laugh.

newt connects his hands with yours.

The two of you head to breakfast. as you walk in you feel eyes on your form you tighten your hold on newts hand. He looks over at your concerned.

"You alright?" you nod your head yes refusing to make eye contact

he stares at you for a few seconds before nodding his head.

"GUYS OVER HERE" chucks excited voice yells as he waves you two over to his table frantically

"I'll grab the food, save me a seat" newt kisses your cheek before wandering away.
