She was chilling on her couch for a while until she heard a ring
It was Eli

Y/n scrunched up her nose "That's weird."
He laughed and hung his arm around the girls shoulder
He met up with the group in front of the tournament
They were watching Miguel punch the air "Yo, Miguel, calm down, man. Save some for the tournament." Miguel shot Hawk a glare but went back to punching
"Hey, don't even bother. He's been super aggro ever since the breakup. After all, you wouldn't have noticed. Your to busy sending goo-goo eyes to Y/n." Aisha smirked at Hawk and pointed to the girl on the sidewalk trying to find a phone signal. Hawk blushed
He changed the topic "Where's Sensei? The tournament's gonna start soon."
"He'll be here." Aisha assured Hawk
The group was to busy to notice Y/n jump up and down when she got a signal.
She squealed and checked her phone messages
One was from Demetri
Demetri- Hey, can we talk?
She was speechless. She thought he hated her
Y/n- Sure. But why?
She didn't get a answer she just got a place to meet her
Demetri- Entrance of the tournament.
She was confused but shrugged
She butted in the conversation "Hey, guys, I m gonna go, just text me if ya need me.", they nodded and went back to talking
She headed to the entrance and saw someone dressed like Demetri "Demetri?"
It was definitely not Demetri. The person turned around with a smirk and walked over to her
Since he was taller she looked up at him "What did you do?"
He didn't talk but he grabbed her hand and pulled her to a corner to reveal Brucks "Hello, in your words, my love." He smirked
