I put quotes around "Ex Boyfriend" because you never were my boyfriend. You just told me you liked me and I told you the same and I guess that was the end of it.
All I have to say is that you made me realize that my life is not a fairytale. You definitely smacked me back into reality...and you smacked me hard and good. I haven't truly liked anyone since you because I'm afraid. Afraid I'll build myself up with false hope and then just come crashing back down again with another broken heart.
You haven't talked to me since we went to different schools. But I'm positive that you've talked about me. My friends tell me all the nasty stuff you say behind my back.
