It Started With a Vacation

Chapter 3

Shaynes pov:

So Ian announced that we are going to the Bahamas as a little vacation for us, we can thank Olivia for that. I've been home packing for honestly I don't know how many days  I don't know if he specified. I decided to text the group chat to see if anyone wanted to come over.

S: Hey I'm packing  anyone wanna come over and entertain me for awhile?

N: No I can't sorry my girlfriend is coming over while I pack

K: I'm gonna take a nap and pack later so nah sorry 

C: sure I'll come I'm done packing

O: dang court that was fast. I can't sam is taking me on a date.

K:aw court #shourtney

N: #shourtney

C: guysss cmon stoppp

S:Damiens not responding  so I'll  text him later  thanks court see ya in a bit. 💛

C: See ya💛

O: aww shourtney

*C and S read*

A little bit later I heard knocking on the door and I open it "you know you don't have to knock you've  been here to many times to knock at this point." "Yeah I know and I havent knocked in the past I just wanted to see your reaction." I chuckle "oh okay" as she goes to sit on my bed while I'm packing  "so.. the chat was subtle about our ship" "haha yeah I hope that didn't make you feel awkward" I said "nah its fine I'm pretty used to it by now, besides we're best friends so its fine the fans do it so much anyways" she rambled "y-yeah.. friends" I said spacing out. "You okay?" "Yeah" I whispered " you wanna watch a movie when I'm done packing?" "Yeah sure" she said. "Quick question?" I asked "did Ian ever say how many days we're gonna be there for?' "Uhh honestly don't think he even knows yet. And were leaving tomorrow so.. we'll see what happens.  I packed for a week so let's hope there's at least a laundry mat wherever were staying." "Okay " I said. 

I finished packing and we decided to watch Gaurdians of the Galaxy, her favorite. Of course she wanted to watch both so I made a big bowl of popcorn and sat down next to her as we started the first movie. I loved hearing her laugh at all the funny moments. I'm just glad to be in this moment with her, as she smiled at me. We started the second movie and it was already pretty late so at some point during the movie we both ended up falling asleep right next to eachother.
