In the woods Scott was with Maddie as he called Derek
"You guys lost them?" Derek asked
Scott nodded, "Yeah we kinda had to."
"Wasn't exactly the plan." Derek said
"We know which is why I think that we should stick together. Trust me he is too strong, too fast and way too angry for one person to handle we've got to do this together." Maddie said
They could hear Derek sigh as he said, "Look, I'm at the trails by the entrance to the preserve can you two meet me there?"
"Yeah just got to drop something off first." Scott said
They turned around and saw two children that Boyd had cornered.

Scott, Maddie and Derek were running through the woods they jumped through a hole in between two branches of a tree and landed on the floor in front of a set of footprints
"Is it them?" Maddie asked
"We're not the only ones that decided to stick together." Derek said
"Is that gonna make it easier or harder to catch them?" Maddie asked
Derek looked over at Maddie, "I don't know."
"Derek... We saw Boyd try to rip two little kids apart. Are they gonna do that to everyone they find?" Scott asked
"Everyone and anyone." Derek said as he walked past Scott

A girl called Caitlin walked out of her tent once her girlfriend had ran out, "Emily, wait! Emily! Emily? Emily? Emily, where are you? Emily! Em? Emily, where are you? Emily!"
Just then Cora appeared appeared and slowly walked towards her breathing heavily. Suddenly Isaac appeared but Cora threw him into a tree.
Scott then flew through the air landing on Cora with both feet knocking her to the ground. When Cora got back up again Maddie arrived and kicked her in the stomach, whilst Tasha kicked her in the back.
