"don't worry, next time i will try not to get shot and slowly die, then get kidnapped, to finally be saved by max."

they laughed and we sat together in a table. "you know, i named her aurora. well at least we chose the name" Yasmin said referring to her baby girl 

"you know its not too late to pick whatever name you want" 

"she was gonna name her Shalissa, like the vine." Amelia said

"hey! no i was not. i didn't even have a name, and with what happened i saw it as a sign to name her after you. your going to be her godmother, if you want to of course" 

"are you kidding me, i would love to! I'm so honored" i hugged her tightly

"I'm going to brag about it to Leo!" i got up as they laughed

"Leo! Leo, babe, stupido, Mr. wizard, listen up" i ran up to him

"what's going on? is something wrong" i just stopped his conversation with kamal

"no everything is great. i just wanted to brag about something. Yasmin wants me to be her daughter's god mother! take that" 

"principessa did you drink an energy drink?" 

"i might of drank 3 bottles of your Gatorade and 2 red bulls because i got bored waiting for the cake to bake" 

he laughed " your going to have a lot of energy for the rest of the night, but to calm you down, Kamal asked me to be the godfather"

i smiled a "were her godparents! she's my child now" 

Leo suddenly froze for a bit

"I'm sorry i didn't mean to offend you or anything"  i couldn't decipher his emotion

"no, you didn't offend me in any way, i was just thinking about something...." 

"you want to talk about it...?" he shook his head

"no, not yet, i just have to make sure somethings are done before i come to a conclusion" 

"wow, your really following the scientific method." his phone rang and he picked it up

"ciao mamma, si siamo pronti, okay" he closed the phone

"its my mother, she said that she and Liam are coming down now" i nodded 

"everybody! get ready the birthday boy is coming!" i called out and the lights shut off and everyone got quiet

suddenly we heard the backdoor that leads to the garden slowly creak open then closed, we heard footsteps and Leo raised his hand with 3 fingers, signaling a countdown.

Rosie and Liam reached the garden as Leo put down his 3rd finger.

"SURPRISE!" we all yelled as the lights turned back on

"Happy birthday Liam!" we all shouted

Liam's face was priceless, it was a mix of shock and happiness. 

Liam ran up to me and hugged me out of habit "Rory! this is so cool! did you do this?" he asked me as i hugged him back, i looked over at Leo and smiled.

 i pulled away slowly "actually, it was that guy over there" i said pointing over at Leo

 "he planned this all day and he did all of this, he wanted to make your birthday so special" 

Liam looked shocked then slowly smiled. he ran up to Leo and hugged him without warning. Leo was shocked for a second but then he crouched down to Liam's height and hugged him back
