Screams were echoing in the room. And all he could think about was the pain. This unbearable pain. It felt like his head was splitting open, and someone was shoving things in. His vision was getting red, close to black. The people around him were startled, to say the least, Ford was holding his sister back saying that; whatever it was that did this, could be contagious. He was starting to lose consciousness. His vision was going black.

This pain had started to emerge only a few moments ago. When Pacifica took McGucket hand and everyone started to glow. When Grunkle Stan also wanted to grab on and step into the circle, he had to step back. Out of the circle. Trying to breathe calmly and get the headache to stop.

"Dip, what's wrong?" he heard his sister say. However, he was too preoccupied to reply.

First, he thought it might be Bill or the deal he had made with him. But that deal went about his own safety so there was no way that Bill was the cause. He looked up, fear-filled eyes. He couldn't speak. If he opened his mouth he would definitely scream out. He could only plea for help, with his eyes.

The pain was getting unbearable, and he wanted to scream, but he managed to keep it in. With both his hands he gripped the sides of his head and grabbed chunks of his hair. His sight was getting blurred with tears. His legs couldn't support him any longer, and he fell onto his knees, scraping them. He saw his friends and family stand in absolute confusion and concern. Spots covering his vision. They didn't know what to do, his sister tried to get closer to him, however, Ford was holding her back. Stan tried to get close but at that moment he yelled out in agony. He couldn't stop himself any longer. The screams were flowing out. He felt the strain on his vocal cords. He felt fluid on his face. The tears had finally started to fall. He just wanted it to stop.

And suddenly it did.

He felt himself fall back and his eyes were rolling up. His vision went black.

They looked at the child's body. Not entirely sure what to do next. Mable was still trying to get out of her grunkle grip, but it was no use. Stan took a step forward to check on his nephew, while Ford called to him that he should stay back.

Then the child's body started to slightly move again. There was a louder gasp and his chest was moving up and down a bit faster than it had before. And then, they heard the sound that came from him. It was soft giggling. Short and sharp gasps for breath were heard in between. He shifted and placed a hand on his face and the giggling became a laughing fit to the extent of hyperventilating. He managed to sit up while wiping the tears from his face with his shirt.

"WHO WOULD EVER HAVE THOUGHT, THAT IT WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THAT LITTLE DEMON, THAT THE CURSE WOULD BE TEMPORARILY BROKEN!" he almost shouted, in between his laughs. "I SHOULD GIVE HIM A THANK YOU GIFT!" He looked around and his eye fell on the barrier. "MAYBE I SHOULD BREAK THAT PESKY BARRIER FOR HIM." He loudly laughed and started to get stiffly up and slowly stopped laughing. It was slowly turning into only soft hiccups and snickers. He was slightly swaying on his legs as if he had a big amount of intoxicating substances. Then he looked up at the group like he had only now noticed them. His face twisted into a smile. And he was clearly trying not to start laughing again.

"You should see your faces." He told them while pointing a swaying hand at them. Ford wanted to say something, however, the moment he opened his mouth to speak, Dipper's nose started to bleed. He quickly whipped it away. He looked at the smear on his hand and hummed in disapproval.

"I think I celebrated too early. This human body of mine is too weak for my complete soul." He said more to himself than to the group.

"THEN GET OUT OF DIPPER'S BODY!" Mable yelled at him. He looked up at her. And his smile fades slightly.
