Mirror, mirror by the door
My tears, my tears start to pour
The steam, the steam fills the floor
as I stare at the mirror by the door.
I stare at my fingers, my face, my toes as my hatred for my body starts to grow
As I sit down and start to weep
A soft lullaby lulls me to sleep1, 2, 3, 4
I'm back, genderless at last
Unfortunately, there's no way this fantasy can last
I wake
It's cold
I cry again with my body which I hold
My hands are numb, my nose is cold
Hatred fills as I stare at the mirror by the door I watch as steam, once again pours
The glass shatters, I jump in a frightLooks like I'll be up all night
The glass tore into my flesh
I look down at the bloody mess
I feel relief I sigh "good grief"
My legs are torn the floors a mess
Mirror, mirror by the door
Let's not play anymore
