"He wont ever like you."

i was blinded by the light above me. i rubbed my eyes and i focused them, and i realized that i was in Leo's room with tubes attached to my arm.

 i didn't feel anymore pain so i chose to stand up and i took out the stupid tubes from my hand. i headed to the shower and started a hot shower. 

after i finished with the shower, i got out and got a pair of black sweat pants and a button up cropped cardigan with a pair of white low ankle sneakers and went outside the room.

 i reached downstairs and heard some commotion. i went to the living room to see everyone sitting down, but there was a girl there. she has dirty blonde hair, and she was wearing a red dress that was about to rip from how tight it was, and if she stood up it would rise to her hips.

 "hey guys" i said as i walked over to them.

 "Rory!" Ayla got up from her seat and hugged me. 

"thank god your alright, but why did you get out of bed?"

"i feel better don't worry about me"

 i felt arms wrap around my waist and lift me up and start spinning me around.

 "put me down my stomach hurts" i laughed

 "sorry, how are you feeling Rory?" chase asked me as he put me down

 "I'm good, but what happened? all i remember was going on the run to save the chicken nuggets" i searched for Leo making sure to look at him when i said the last part.

 "well you fainted from the rapid drop in your blood pressure and dehydration"

"wow was it that bad...?" he nodded

i turned to Ayla and whispered "Ayla who is the chick that's shooting daggers at me with her eyes like i killed her entire family?" 

without loosing eye contact Ayla replied  "one of Leo's exes her name is violet" 

"hi. I'm violet" i heard the girl speak from behind Ayla.

she stood up and walked over to me.

"hey, im aurora" i extended my hand for her to shake.

she literally looked at it and back up at me and said " anyway, i was wondering for how long have you known Leo, and have been in this gang?" 

"well its about 2 months and a half now. I've known Leo a few more days before i became a member of his empire." 

"aha, well i have know him since we were children our parents knew each other, and his mother loved me. i was like a daughter to her" 

"yeah, Rosie sounds amazing, wish i could've met her. but I'm sure she wouldn't want you to grieve her death for so long" i said referring to how she mentioned her death so emotionlessly

"yeah, i moved on...." she turned around and sat right beside Leo and putting her hand on his thigh.

"well i am going to get nuggets because i almost died for them. bestie do you want to come along?" i asked Luciano

"Hell yeah" he laughed and got up from his couch and put his arm around my shoulders 

"what about me..?" Ayla whined

"and me" chase said

"and me...." Alex continued the rhythm

"hold up what about us" Noah pointed at him, Xavier, Jaxon, and Antonio

"its a chicken nugget party then!" i clapped happily

"and me?" i heard Liam's soft voice and i smiled

"of course my little prince come on lets go" i picked him up and rested him on my hip

"hold on hold on- who gave you the permission?" Leonidas stood up

"well, since you have your girlfriend over we thought maybe we would give you some privacy" Alex said with venom dripping from her voice

"HOW DARE YOU! I'm not little maybe you should learn to respect superior people!" violet screamed at Alex

i humorlessly laughed "if being in 'superior' mean looking like that" i pointed at her outfit and clear plastic surgery scars that ruined her God-given face "then I'm going to stick to being normal, but still have a working brain"

"Leo! did you hear what she sai-" i cut her off

"you can whine to Leo in private while i get my chicken nuggies"

"y'all wanna go to the mall?" i asked the group as i moved towards the door

"alright I'll drive!" chase continued the meme

"put your seatbelts on!" he yelled as we walked to the door

"psshhh yolo" Antonio said

"ahhh" Liam and i screamed

"we told her to buckle up!" Xavier and Noah said trying to imitate a girls voice and Liam started laughing

we reached the car and got in. it was a huge car they had for missions so it fit all 9 of us.

we drove to a McDonalds.
