"Did it work?" I ask Evie as we walk to the game with Mal.

"Without a hitch" Evie reassures me as we walk onto the seating area of the pitch.

Today is the boys game.

We watch as the game comes to an end and i turn to talk to Mal, until Ben ends up taking the mic and starts to sing.

"Ok, easy on the blush, i don't want to scare him away.. not that i could" Mal says the next day as we help get her ready for her date with Ben.

"Please, My Mum taught me how to apply blush before i could talk, always use upwards strokes"

"Always use upwards strokes" I say as the same time as her she smiles at me "Yes, Evie's Mum made me learn too" I say as i laugh "Not that i will ever need to know.."

"How are you and Jay?" Mal asks as she looks at me, lying on my back on my bed in our dorm.

"We haven't spoken since the kitchen" I say.

"You two need to make up, if not for the fact that you are obviously in love, then, because you only have a short time here and then your parents will keep you apart" Evie points out.

I sigh "But Eve, all he does is flirt with other people"

"Maybe that's his way of making you jealous?" Mal says

"And maybe he just wants you to notice him" Evie says and i nod, promising myself to go and talk to him later.

We hear a knock on the door and Evie opens it to reveal Ben waiting for Mal.

After Mal has gone for her date, i decide to go and talk to Jay.

I say bye to Evie and i walk down the corridor, only to see Jay walking the other way.

We both say at the same time and we smile at each other.

"Can we talk"

We both say at the same time again.

I nod and we walk outside.

"I miss you" I say as we walk through the grounds of the school.

"I miss you too" Jay says, honestly to me and we both smile, stopping by a bench and hugging each other.

"If you want me to be with you Jay, you have to tell me why you keep flirting with other girls" I say as we sit down.

"I don't know" He says as he looks away "I guess, i just wanted you to notice me" He says as he scratches the back of his neck.

"Jay, i do.. i have noticed you, everyday i notice you. I notice how clear your eyes are, how perfect you are, how good you are to Carl-"

Suddenly, he slams his lips onto mine and we kiss.

After a minute we pull away and i look into his eyes.
