Sky, Riven and Tom were all standing in one of the rings training together, fighting with Batons trying to get the upper hand, though two of them seemed to be distracted due to two particular fairies that they had seen earlier. Tom couldn't get her out of his mind, her eyes were green like the forest and there was just something about her that drew him in and he couldn't figure out what it was.
This wasn't like him, he wasn't like this, he didn't think about girls as anything more than a quick fling or shag and yet here he was, not being able to stop thinking about that one first year girl
"I Don't know man there is just something about her" Tom says to Riven and Sky, hoping that they would be able to tell him why the hell he was feeling this way "I just can't stop thinking about her"
"What you are all smitten after one chat? The two of you? It's bloody pathetic if you ask me" Riven asks and then begins attacking sky and then stops to say "what is it with you and the crazy ones?" And then he quickly charges over at Tom and waves the Wooden sword at Tom "and since bloody when did you start caring about girls, you've got a knew girl under your arm each day, you aren't the type to actually catch feelings for girls, did she do some fairy Voodoo on you or some shit?"
"How do you know that she is crazy? You haven't even met her?" Sky says from behind riven and riven grins widely at his friend
"She's a ginge, they are all nuts" Riven says with a grin "amazing shags though" he says and Sky and Tom laugh
"Oh yeah and how the bloody hell would you know that, do you speak from experience?" Tom asks sarcastically with a cunning grin on his face "didn't realise that your hand was a redhead" The three boys all jump in and continue fighting each other, smacking the wooden swords harshly together, tying to prove that they were stronger than the other two
Sky knocks riven down and then Tom knocks sky down next to him, holding a sword at each of their throats "well the two of you got slow this summer" Tom says with a large smirk and riven grins back
"Correction, i got high this summer" Riven replies and Sky reaches over and smacks him on the chest with a laugh and then the two boys stand up and the three of them make their way down to the specialist trainer who was basically Skys guardian
"So after your specialist classes, you are all mine. And i like the things that i own to work well so you will train every day. Find your skill. Hone your skill. And eventually even you..." Silva says and points his sword towards a first year "can fight like him" he says and then tosses the sword to sky who catches it easily and the two of them begin to fight, demonstrating to the first years. Silva wins and Sky smirks
"He fights even better with a bit of advanced warning" Sky says with a smirk
"He did alright, favoured his left but what else is new huh?" Silva asks with a grin and Tom pats Sky on the back with a smirk on his face
"Still can't win can ya?" Tom says with a grin and Sky shoves him off with a grin and the two boys walk off
"So tell me more about this girl who has seemed to Catch Mr Players eye" Sky says to his friend with a smirk as they walk across the grounds of the school
"I don't know man there is just something about her you know?" Tom says as a small smile plays at his lips as he begins thinking about her again
"Not really but I'm sure you're about to tell me" Sky Replied with a smirk as he noticed the smile on his best friends lips
"Who actually saw the shepherds body?" Terra asks as the girls all begin to pile food onto their plates "i mean maybe he was just old, people get old and die, we all die"
"Well that's just a little bit morbid don't you think Terra?" Alex asked with a grin on her face as she continued to put random pieces of food on her already full plate "that old age decapitation really sneaks up on you huh Terra?" She continued with a grin
"Happened to my Nan right in the middle of Bingo" Aisha says sarcastically with a grin on her face as she takes a bite out of a large bread stick "just thwop thwop thwop. Down the table" she says and Musa and Alex both laugh, missing the glare that resided on Terras face as she looked at Musa
Musa looks at how much food that Aisha and Alex had both piled onto their plates and her eyes widened slightly "no judgement but..."
"I eat a million calories a day. If I didn't swim i would be massive" Aisha says and Alex instantly picked up on the pain that went through Terra as the water fairy had said that and she lightly nudged Terra and sent her a small smile to which she got back, instantly feeling the happiness come back to Terra.
"And i just love food" Alex comments and all of the girls grin at her. Alex notices a plate with one last churro on it at the end of the table and her eyes lit up in excitement and she practically skipped over to it. She quickly grabbed the churro as if it were a pot of gold and someone was about to steal it from her, her mouth was practically watering at the sight of it. There it was, sitting on its plate with all its sugary and golden glory, basically begging her to eat it.
She hadn't eaten a churro in ages and they were by far her favourite food. She quickly turned back to her new friends, her smile wider than ever "on that note, I'm just going to go and sit down and eat this churro that was clearly crafted by the gods" Her friends laughed at her in amusement as she turned around quickly to sit down, she practically ran to the table but just as she was about to sit down but just before she got to the table, she tripped over on air.
She watched as her food went flying in slow motion, but everything but her churro was blurred and it hit the ground with a soft thud and she felt her heart ache. Laughs from people who had witnessed her fall erupted around her but she had tuned it out, all she cared about was the fact that she had lost her churro and mountain of food that she had so desperately wanted to eat.
"Are you alright?" She hears a strong British accent say from behind her but she didn't move, she just continued to lay down on her stomach, staring Longingly at the beautiful... dead churro "did you die or something?" He asks and a small chuckle escapes his mouth but he quickly stops laughing when he sees that the girl was clearly upset and his face quickly converts to a look of pain "did you hurt yourself?" He quickly asks and kneels down and she finally turned to look at him and she shook her head softly and then stood up slowly.
Tom stood up straight and couldn't stop his eyes from trailing around her body looking for any kind of injury "what's wrong" he asks again
"I dropped my churro" she muttered out softly and points over to it. Tom tried hard not to laugh because he couldn't tell if she was being serious or not "it was the last one and of course i dropped it"
"Well you didn't just drop it, you also happened to give the floor a nice hug" Tom says with amusement and tries to cheer her up but a smile doesn't seem to come to her face "we are at a party, I'm sure that there will be other food that you like here"
"Yeah there is, and its all on the floor" she commented and a small smile came to her face as she listened to him chuckle But it quickly went away as she began to mentally scold herself and try to force herself to remember that she was supposed to stay away from him "right well, ill see you later i guess, have fun at the party" she said and then went to walk away but Tom quickly stood infront of her with a confused look on his face
"Aren't you staying a little bit longer?" Tom quickly says as he looks down at her "the party's only just started and everyone is here, don't you want to meet some more people?" He wanted her to stay, he wanted to talk to her more but it was pretty clear that she didn't want to be there "did i say something wrong?" He quickly asks
She shakes her head "no of course not, I'm just not exactly a people person" she mutters out awkwardly and twiddles her fingers as she looks around the room.
"You know if i do something, you can tell me, i can say stupid things and not realise that what i said hurts" he said and it was obvious to her that the boy was extremely concerned
"You haven't said anything wrong, i promise, i just need some air, being around a lot of people... isn't always good for me" she says and tries to push the horrid memories to the back of her mind "ill see you later though" she says and gives him one last small smile and then walks out of the door
