-Lucy's P.O.V-
Its recess time and i walked to Natsu . He's my bestest friend . He thinks of me that way but , i like him more than a friend . He's just too dense to realise it . I'm going to hide it until he finds out himself. Hehe .

" Natsuuu ~ I'm so hungry ! " I whined .

" Okay ! Lets go and eat ! " He put his arm around my shoulders and i blushed . We started to walk to the cafeteria .

He only treats you as a best friend , nothing more , Lucy . I warned myself .

" Blondie ! " Only one person calls me that .

I turned back , as well as natsu , and saw Sting behind me .

" What ? " I asked .

" Lets go to the cafeteria together . " He smiled like a fool .

" I'm going with Natsu ! "

" Ehhhh ~ "

He used puppy eyes . Ugh , Lucy , dont fall for that .

" Shut up , no matter what you say , i'll go with him . You go by yourself . " I said , slightly annoyed .

" Why can it only be him ? What is he to you ? " Sting asked and my eyes widened .

" ... H-He , err he's- " I stuttered and panicked .

I can't tell him i like Natsu !

" I'm her best friend . Bestest friend . " Natsu responded .

My heart aches . ' Best friend '

" Are best friends this friendly ? " He pointed to Natsu's hand .

" We do this everyday , as best friends . " Natsu held me closer .

I wish he could stop repeating ' best friends ' . My heart really hurts .

" Can a boy and girl even be best friends ? You know , won't they fall in love with each other and- "

" We won't . Right Luce ? "

" E-Eh ?! Ah , yes . We're just the b-bestest of friends ! "

I assured him with a smile . I felt a lump in my throat .

" And i already have another person who i like . "
Natsu added , which made it worse for me .

I froze in shock . He has somebody he likes ... ? And its not me ... ? But i'm with him everyday , when did he- ... My tears started to form and i looked at the ground .

" I'm sorry Natsu , t-toilet . " I shrugged off his arm off my shoulders and started to walk .

" Huh ? Luce ? " He called out to me but i ignored him .

I don't want to talk to him now . Neither do i want to look at him .

I ran downstairs and i jumped out of the window ( A/N : Its first floor xD Ppl who read Ao Haru Ride might get what im trying to say haha) . I hugged my knees and started crying .

" Best friends..." I mumbled and kept crying but i didnt know that there was someone standing behind me , and heard what i said .

" So you like your best friend huh , blondie . "

I stood up quickly and was surprised to see ...

" S-S-Sting ?! " He looked at me and i was going to run until he grabbed my wrist .

" W-Wha ?! "

" Where are you going ? " He asked .

" Somewhere without you . " I tried to struggle my hand off his' .
