《Jeongyeon's POV》
This is the day, the day that all the students been waiting for.
I'm here at the gym. This is our last practice to prepare on our final game.
"Captain the ball!!".
After I heard the loud yell. A ball from the top was falling on my place and in just a seconds, it will hit me.
Luckily, someone pushes me to avoid the ball.
I did'nt know that I was stuck thinking randomly.
"Yah! Yoo Jeongyeon. Everythings fine?". Jihyo ask me.
She is one of my teammates. I just beam a smile on her and head on the benches to take a rest.
Jihyo sat beside me and drink her energizer.
"You look like you're lost on your own world, was something bothering you?". She ask me.
I look at her. And wipe my sweats running on my temples.
"Chaeyoung". I replied.
"What about her?". She asked.
I gulp first before giving her my response.
"I am with Nayeon last week on my condo, and I accidentally read an email from her phone". I said.
"And? What was the email all about?". She asked.
"Its an email from their company, its said that...that the company will no longer on them". I told her and drink my bottled water.
"Okay?".
"And the investor was Chaeyoung, she bought the company". I told her and chuckled after.
"Heol~ really?? Ch-Chaeyoung did that?!". She surprisingly asked.
I just nodded at her, smiling.
"Wait, so Chaeyoung bought the Lim's company, then it means....". She said not surely about her conclusions.
She was just looking at me.
I smiled at her.
"Yeah, the arranged contract was gone". I said smiling widely at her.
Jihyo was still in shocked. She cover her mouth in the statement I had told her.
"Wah!! Really?! Wahh!! That cold hearted Chaeyoung!!". She was smashing my shoulders. Could'nt believe about the news.
I move my gaze away and shook my head while smiling.
Honestly, when I remember that Nayeon will not be on that punks hands all her life, it really weakens me in happiness.
Also, its because of Chaeyoung. I know why she did that. Her reasons.
"She really cares for Nayeon". I said to Jihyo.
Jihyo stop from drinking.
"She really love Nayeon that much, that she can sacrifice everything for that girl. She also wanted Nayeon to live her life the fullest". I said and chuckles sarcastically.
And there is an awkward silence before she cutted it off.
"Its not like that. I mean, your right. But also, I felt like, that she also did that for you". Jihyo comfronted me.
I look at her.
"I think, Nayeon deserve a person like Chaeyoung than me. In Chaeyoung's hands, she was sure that she can eat foods she wanted, she can live in a luxury house, ride on expensive cars and also....be with the person she likes first before me". I told her and I am getting emotional when I realized those things.
