I got home and it was around 9 pm I walk inside to see Aaliyah on the couch sleeping so I turned the corner I saw Susan sitting at the table with her hands on her head "what's wrong" I asked standing in the door frame with my bag in my right hand "Jenna is wanting custody" Susan said looking up at me and I drop my bag and my heart dropped "she can't do that every time she sees Aaliyah she is either drunk or high or tries to hurt her or do something bad she isn't allowed near Aaliyah hell no she isn't getting custody" I said trying not to yell "Derek calm down ok she isn't going to get custody" I pull a chair out and I sit down "She can't do this she isn't even on the birth certificate" "whoever helped her do this is a wack job" Susan said before she came over and hugged me

A few weeks later i was standing in court I just won my case, Jenna wont be getting Aaliyah but Jenna has supervised visitations at the visitation center at the courthouse but she has to schedule them thankfully Aaliyah cant go unless I'm home, I came home after court and i see Aaliyah running towards me super fast she jumped making her land into my arms "Hi princess how are you" "good Gramma taught me how to paint flowers" "awww lemme see" i put her down than she grabs my hands walking me towards the playroom and i see Susan cleaning the paint brushes and Aaliyah picks up the painting and shows me "its beautiful princess" i look down at her to see her face has a big bright smile "can we paint a picture of us" "you both should put paint on your hands than put it on the paper so daddy can have it "yes can we daddy please" "of course we can cmon what color do you wanna do" "ummm purple what color will you do" "Green" Susan painted my left hand Green and Aaliyahs right hand Purple and we put them onto the paper and we took our hands off "I LOVE IT" Aaliyah screamed making Susan and I laugh "Good I'm gonna go buy a frame for it when i get my hands cleaned" i say kissing the top of her head

Aaliyah is asleep on the couch so I go to the store to pick up some new hair ties and some bath stuff for Aaliyah and when I was about to check out I see Jenna walking towards me so I quickly get into a line so I don't have to talk to her but that failed "Hi Derek" I turn to face Jenna "What" "tell your daughter I won't be seeing her ugly self because she isn't worth my time ok she ruined everything" "then why did u take me to court" "because I just wanted to see you sweat and I did just that" "Im glad she won't be seeing you because your a bad influence" "And you're a shit dad rasing that piece of shit" my anger got to me so I quickly checked out then left before I ended up getting myself arrested but when I got to my car I calmed myself down then I drove home, after 15 minutes of driving I'm finally home and I walk in "Princess I got you some new bath stuff and hair ties" I look up with a smile on my face but it slowly faded when I see Garica standing in front of me.....
