Sarah sat in the now immaculate car. All signs of the accident erased. She touched her face. The giant gash along her scalp had vanished. She sighed, adrenalin surging through her veins.
A jovial chirp from her phone broke into her thoughts. A green dot blinked from the phone's face. "'Reversal' complete," the app announced in a charming female voice.
Sarah checked the rearview. The boy she'd hit before going into the ravine stood next to his bike. Thank goodness she'd been conscious after the accident, otherwise, she'd be headed to jail.
She gave a wan laugh and drove away.
