Always....And Forever: Doesnt Really Matter Sequel

Hello Summer!

It was officially summer and I was taking classes at the University of Chicago nearby. I was extremely excited because I was going to have more time to spend with Michael. We were planning on going back to the beach and maybe even taking a roadtrip.

"Hey babe. How was class?" Michael asked over the phone

"It was good. A lot of work but it was great!"

He giggled. "So I was wondering if you were up to going to the lake with me."

"Right now?" I asked. It was quite late to go to the lake and I didnt want him driving this late.

"Well yea...just for a minute beautiful. I promise we wont be long."

I smiled and sighed. How could I say no? "Ok. Ill be ready in 20."

"Yay!!! Im going to grab some stuff and Ill be there in an hour." He hung up and I giggled. That boy was something else. So unpredictable and always had something up his sleeve. I put on a maxi dress and grabbed my jacket. I was so anxious to know what we were going to do at the lake.

About an hour later Michael was outside and before he could even call I was walking towards his door. "Hey kitten. You look beautiful." he said kissing me.

I smiled and blushed. "Thank you babe. How are you feeling?"

"I feel great babe. How about you?"

"Oh a tad bit anxious." I said honestly. He laughed and took off. "I just wanted to enjoy a calm scene with my girl."

His answer gave me a bit of relief because I just didnt want him getting sick out while its breezy. We arrived at the lake and he took a picnic basket out of the back. I grabbed it for him and he took it back. "What are you doing missy? Im the man. I can carry this."

"But babe I.."

"Uh uh uh! No buts. Let me carry it sweetheart." he said holding on to it and grabbing my free hand. We walked to a free spot by the lake and the waves were pretty calm. "Wow....this is beautiful." Michael whispered. I looked at him and smiled, inching closer to his body.

"Hey beautiful? Promise me something."

"Yes Michael. Anything."

"When we get married, lets take a day out of the week and view something beautiful."

"Well hate to break it to you baby but you see beautiful 7 days a week guarenteed." I said pointing to myself. We both laughed and he pulled me closer.

"Of course you babygirl. But I mean something picturesque."

I smiled and kissed his cheek. "Ok Mikey I promise." I said holding his hand. It was so warm for the first time. He was always getting cold and would ask me if it was him or was it just cold. "Come here." he whispered.

I scooted closer to him and looked into his eyes. "Why are you so damn beautiful?" he asked softly. I blushed and looked away getting shy. "I dont know."

"Look at me. I want to see those beautiful eyes." he whispered.

I looked back at him and he smiled. "There they are...something I get to treasure for the rest of my life. This is going to be a great summer babe. I can feel it."

I smiled and kissed him. "And I cant wait to spend every moment with you."

"I love you babygirl. To infinity."

I laid my head on his chest and felt at peace. This moment was too great and had to be cherished. "I love you too Mikey. To infinity."
