He sent the note back with flowers. Shehnaaz was in her cabin when Asim barged in her cabin.

Asim:Sidharth sent your flowers back with your not so apologizing note

Shehnaaz took the note from him and saw it.

I will not join until you come yourself Miss Shehnaaz gill and apologize to me
